“Our tiny house stay was very enjoyable. The accommodations were clean and the location was perfect for an easy stroll down main street in Leadville. The communication from the staff was excellent, so check-in was a breeze. If you've never stayed in a "Tiny House", this is a great place to try it out. We would definitely stay there again.”

“The rooms and common areas were very clean, very modern chic. There was a nice path out back to an outdoor sitting area, we even saw a fox hanging out while there! It was a nice, relaxing stay. We stayed in early summer, so it didn't get too hot. But the building does not seem to have central air, so this might be a better winter stay!”

“Breakfast was amazing, being able to choose from a list of items that you’d like to have for breakfast. Choice of fruit, juice/beverage types of bread, pastry/baked goods. Ken made amazing sandwiches, very tasty and super wonderful asking us if there was anything else that we needed or would like to have. “This is our second year staying here and we'll definitely be back again! We've been to Ouray 5 times and this is our favorite place to stay. Having a full kitchen and utensils is the best. Steve and Nova take wonderful care of the property and are always ready to assist if needed though we didnt need anything. It's so thoughtful that they provide a welcome basket and towels for the hot springs. I love having our own space AND our own deck to hang out and enjoy the view.”

“This is a dog hotel - with fenced out patios. Location is right next to the main thoroughfare, so be prepared for noise early in the morning. Too expensive for its location. Gravely parking. No breakfast except coffee. Nice staff.”
