“Service desk for check in was not friendly. When I entered my room to use the bathroom, the toilet was not working. Hand towel had been used and there was toilet paper in the toilet. Hand soap was also used. Went back to service desk to get a different room, attendant did not say sorry or do an upgrade. When we discussed parking, he had not given me the full information on how I would pay for the garage, etc. I picked this hotel because it was highly rated, but that was not my experience.”

“The staff were very kind and the room was spacious and clean. The pool was quite run down and the skimmer wasn’t working as there were a bunch of hairs floating in the pool. (Black hairs, my husband is ginger and I am blonde so it wasn’t ours). One of the pool ladders is loose and when I went to climb out it shifted and I hit my foot and fell back into the pool pretty hard.”

“The only reason this review is getting two stars and not one is because the breakfast was really good. Our room was dirty - stains on carpet, the nightstand drawer was broken and stuck open, there was a terrible smell in the hallway, our door wouldn’t close all the way , and everything in the room felt damp from the AC. Our TV would not connect to anything and the pool was closed for “reasons beyond our control.” If we had known the pool was closed when we checked in, we would’ve stayed...

“Nice location, plenty of space in the Loft room, and appreciate being pet friendly. The towels need an upgrade as does some of the interior. Breakfast is convenient and daily drink at the Bar is nice.”

Entrando si viene subito trascinati in un'atmosfera magica perché le varie stanze sono rimaste arredate come un tempo: camini, grandi mobili in legno, palchetti originali e tanti piccoli oggetti curiosi (sarebbe lungo descriverli, vi consiglio una visita sul sito ufficiale della Vrooman Mansion).
