“questo soggiorno è stata una piccola fiaba di poche ore. La casa risale all'Ottocento (è una villa) ed è registrata infatti nel Registro Nazionale statunitense dei luoghi storici. Entrando si viene subito trascinati in un'atmosfera magica perché le varie stanze sono rimaste arredate come un tempo: camini, grandi mobili in legno, palchetti originali e tanti piccoli oggetti curiosi (sarebbe lungo descriverli, vi consiglio una visita sul sito ufficiale della Vrooman Mansion). “Checkin was super easy, cookies great of course! Luggage trolleys handy. Hallways and room were clean. The bath mat and towels could do with replacing. Like the fridge in the room - sooo handy. Extra pillows given on request. Plenty of soap. I wish hotel hairdryers had a nozzle on the - they should have the fixed on if they are getting lost. The breakfast was a good spread.”

“Our room was absolutely disgusting stains on sheets and mattress and a dirty band aid let alone the floor not being vacuumed they refused to refund me which I’m still working on I have lots of pictures this is wrong and uncalled for we couldn’t stay there”

“I have only wonderful things to say about my stay. The room was large and very clean. The hallways were clean and quiet. Lots of parking. The staff was kind and helpful. The amenities are so impressive for the value. I only paid $110 for a night. That came with complimentary drinks in the bar! And free breakfast! Wow. And the breakfast was great. Also the bed was so comfortable, unlike most hotels. I will be back!”

“Breakfast menu was satisfactory, felt tge parking was safe and secured, room could have reviewed once again before guest check in (remaining hair in bathroom shower and the toilet), staff was respectful.”

“Clean room and excellent staff. Only reason not all 5 stars is because towel rack in bathroom was broken and body wash container in shower was empty. Would definitely stay there again. Convenient location! ”

“Appreciated staying in a facility that was up to date and modern. Only complaint we have is that the elevator took way too long to close the doors, even when the button was pushed to close the doors (it did not respond).”

“Parking lot is in need of refurbishment. The complementary water bottle in my room was opened and partially empty, the small bottle of lotion was empty, the back of the toilet had hair on it, the sink drained slowly and built up when running/brushing teeth. The bed was comfortable, however. The pool was out of service and we were not advised prior to check in. The staff was friendly.”

“We had a handicapped accessable room and the shower did not work properly. The hand held spray did not work. I told the front desk and they had a repairman come and fix it the next day. It then worked but it leaked horribly. The staff was good to get someone to look at it but the repairman did a less than good job.”

“Sorely needing total refurbishment. Pool and bar closed indefinitely. Dirty rooms. Very disappointing.”
