“questo soggiorno è stata una piccola fiaba di poche ore. La casa risale all'Ottocento (è una villa) ed è registrata infatti nel Registro Nazionale statunitense dei luoghi storici. Entrando si viene subito trascinati in un'atmosfera magica perché le varie stanze sono rimaste arredate come un tempo: camini, grandi mobili in legno, palchetti originali e tanti piccoli oggetti curiosi (sarebbe lungo descriverli, vi consiglio una visita sul sito ufficiale della Vrooman Mansion). “Nice clean room”

“We will always stay there when we go to Indy! Clean, comfy beds and the atmosphere is great.”

“Do not expect hotel amenities such as hair dryer, shampoo or conditioner. Also there were absolutely no charging stations in the room (even the back of TV). If you're looking for a place to rest your head it is fine.”

“This was a real hidden gem! It was clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were more than we expected. I was extremely surprised to find Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bathroom! (some times it's the little things). We would definitely stay here again!”

“Breakfast was minimal large crowds and no staff anywhere. Toilet ran whole time and if flushed it, terrible noises for about a minute so couldn’t use it at night or woke everyone up. Used restroom in lobby and no soap with trash all over the floor. Very frustrating ”

“For $200 a night I don't expect perfection, but at the very least expect a clean room and a hotel that is in decent condition. The hotel itself is a little more beat up than other Holiday Inn Express sites I have stayed in. The manager was friendly and accommodating so absolutely no issues there. My main issue was the cleanliness of the room. Upon entry, room 111 was musty/stuffy and felt damp. The bed was clean but there were ants in the room that eventually made their way to the bed the next...

“Arrived for a four day stay and was not told there was no internet service ….apparently the manager maybe would look at it on Monday when we were leaving. I left my contact info and very disappointed since I am from Canada and had no USA data I am trying to contact them for compensation ….everything else okay but….”

“The air conditioning worked well, nice pillows, clean room. ”

“Everything thing was great here. The room and common areas were clean. The staff was very friendly. Our only complaint would be the breakfast options. There wasn’t much of a selection when we stayed. One of the staff members mentioned that they were out of a lot of things and waiting on a delivery. It was a little frustrating traveling with 2 kids but we managed to find another place to eat. Overall, great stay.”

“Our room didn't have bedding for the pull out bed, Took 3 trips to gather a pillow . Blanket and sheets. No apology. No acknowledgment either . Room was very dirty and the pool was closed due to Illinois health department orders ”
