“Please provide a better service in meal ordering. I waited an hour to get my food. Staff took wrong orders 3 times and I ended up canceling my lunch. Room service staff are great. Just need to better serve the customers at the restaurant. We are paying a lot of money to enjoy our vacation and lunch staff was not very nice.”
