“Fantastic staff, very cheerful and helpful. Clean rooms and the entire resort, fabulous ocean front all around the resort. However, there systems have issues linking to each other, I had an issue linking my all inclusive package to the front desk and the different restaurants, causing embarrassing questioning by staff with every meal! This was sorted out after a couple of days when I escalated to the front desk manager.”

“Loved the hotel, but you need to make sure you book your dinner otherwise they won’t let you into the restaurant. The staff there were not as enthusiastic as other places, especially the reception. We had to ask for more towels as we only got 2, even though the booking was for 4. Our room wasn’t cleaned and we had to ask for that to be done. The staff at the restaurant were otherwise good and enthusiastic, but I think I got food poisoning from their buffet.”
