“Serenity Island Resort offered us a truly memorable stay thanks to the incredible staff who made us feel like family. “Please provide a better service in meal ordering. I waited an hour to get my food. Staff took wrong orders 3 times and I ended up canceling my lunch. Room service staff are great. Just need to better serve the customers at the restaurant. We are paying a lot of money to enjoy our vacation and lunch staff was not very nice.”

“The staff were absolutely AMAZING! We arrived an hour before check in, and they accommodated us without any hassle. As two college girls staying here, we never once felt unsafe walking around at any point, night or day. The AC worked FANTASTIC, and we actually were cold a couple of the nights.
