“Beautiful stay passing through the my way to London as a pair of 24 year old year Americans. The experience is tailor for all ages, but especially retirees who are traveling in the area. “Beautiful, comfortable property in a great, secluded location at the bottom of a valley. Everything we needed was there, and the hosts were waiting with the keys to give us the tour. Dog friendly, but be aware that the garden is not fully fenced off from the fields and sheep roam through it regularly. I can see how the track to the house could be challenging in winter, but it was no problem in a rear-wheel drive coupe in summer, even in the rain.”

“Our first time here and we’ll definitely be returning! Ideal for the beach as it’s so close by The staff are excellent really friendly and accommodating. Rooms spacious and comfortable.slept really well . No need for duvets as room was really warm . Thoroughly enjoyed our break oh and fabulous breakfasts from choice to service and quality ingredients and served piping hot .. well done all of you ”

“The bungalow was very cosy and warm. A small garden to sit out in although you feel watched as the club house next door has cameras that over look the garden. My weeks stay was brilliant, Enjoyed the stay but wished there had been clearer communication about some of the dog walks around the area. Only told the area was dog friendly on my last day. They do supply beding, towels and cleaning equipment. Very friendly cleaning lady who introduced herself after my first day and she made some...

“Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was sunday and the kitchen shut ar 6 and the bar closed nearly which wasn't very good with beinb a solo traveller and no transport. Otherwise I couldn't fault it. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at the shepards hut. The heating and lights had been put on reasy for our arrival as we were later than the check in time . Carol the owner had messaged me earlier in the day with directions which was a nice welcome. She had also given us a lovely recommendation for somewhere to eat that evening. We really enjoyed our stay. ”
