    Questa magnifica casa vacanza è super spaziosa con cinque camere da letto in tutta la casa e si trova perfettamente sulla bellissima spiaggia di Denhams. Con 2 ampie aree esterne coperte è possibile sedersi e rilassarsi ammirando le splendide viste sulla spiaggia. Questa casa è perfetta per ogni gruppo che desidera godersi lo stile di vita costiero con 3 bagni separati, 2 cucine, 3 camere da letto, cortile recintato.

    La parte al piano superiore di questa proprietà è anche disponibile, si prega di vedere quell'opzione per il noleggio. "Upstairs 12 Denham" Questa proprietà può essere affittata come intera proprietà in alta e alta stagione.

    DISPOSIZIONE: Questa casa è una casa su due livelli con la possibilità di affittare il piano superiore o se hai un gruppo numeroso, prendi l'intera casa!  Al piano superiore ha un ampio soggiorno open space, cucina e sala da pranzo con un ampio salone in modo che l'intera famiglia possa sedersi e godersi il tempo del film insieme. 3 camere da letto su questo livello donwstairs attraverso il garage è la zona lavanderia e bagno separato e un angolo cottura e 2 camere da letto a disposizione degli ospiti.

    CAMERE DA LETTO La biancheria è inclusa, questo include lenzuola, cuscini, federe, doonas e coperte e asciugamani da bagno. La tassa di pulizia al momento della prenotazione è in realtà la tassa di biancheria. Si prega di portare teli da mare. Avremo i letti fatti per te al tuo arrivo. Al piano superiore dispone di 3 camere da letto che includono 1 letto king size e 4 letti singoli king. Al piano inferiore dispone di 2 camere da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali.

    BAGNI / LAVANDERIA Ci sono 3 bagni in questa casa, uno con vasca idromassaggio ad angolo, due si trovano al piano superiore e il terzo è al piano inferiore. La lavanderia ha una lavatrice a carica dall'alto e una doccia e servizi igienici per comodità.

    ESTERNO Questo cortile è fantastico da godere con il ponte coperto al piano superiore per sedersi e godersi la vista sulla spiaggia sorseggiando un drink o un bel barbecue. Il cantiere è completamente chiuso. Per completare questa casa vacanza perfetta ha anche il proprio cancello con accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Lungo il lato della casa c'è un armadio chiuso a chiave che ha boogie board, sedie a sdraio e numerosi giochi da spiaggia per gli ospiti.

    PARCHEGGIO In questa proprietà è disponibile un parcheggio sufficiente per un massimo di 5 auto alla volta. La struttura dispone di 1 x posto auto coperto, 1 x garage per auto singola e un lungo vialetto per un massimo di 3 auto.

Great location, close to beach

Great location, five minute walk to beach out of back gate. Large house plenty of rooms, spacious lounge rooms. Comfortable beds, extra kitchen downstairs, bbq nice and clean, plenty of parking, close to IGA, bottle shop and chemist.

Batemans Bay walking holiday

The property fully met our group’s needs particularly the living spaces, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms and proximity to coastal walks. Maintenance to the building exterior and attention to detail with cleaning would be ideal.

All male week away

Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Large lounge room with enormous TV, adequate kitchen, sitting area off the kitchen, large dining room and good sized bedrooms. Great view of Denhams Beach from the large balcony. Would use this property again.

Very spacious with room for everyone that was there with us.The house in general was clean except the ensuite which was cleaned again after speaking to the property manager, plus they redone all the floors which was very much appreciated. BBQ was not cleaned by previous renters. It has open and close shutters over the top deck but only half of it works, which made it hard to use the BBQ in the rain. Overall we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and wanting to rent it again next year.

Beautiful location and house but unfortunately housekeeping let it down. Front path covered in magnolias flowers and leaves, very slippery. Cutlery drawer dirty, needed emptying and washing before use. When linen removed upon leaving some pillows no protectors very discoloured and mouldy. It was a shame as house in a beautiful spot and great for a number of people or two families.

Holiday Property in Need of TLC

The property is located in a prime location with stunning ocean views, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property left much to be desired, and several amenities were not as advertised.Some of the issues we encountered included:•The cutlery and utensils were not properly cleaned, so we had to wash them again before using.•The tiled floors appeared dirty and had not been mopped thoroughly.•We found cockroaches in the bedrooms, which was concerning.•Several blinds were either broken or not functioning properly.•Although linen and toiletries were listed as part of the amenities, we were disappointed to find that hand towels, shower gel, and shampoo were missing.•The front and backyards were not cleaned, and the car garage was full of dirt and debris.•To access the downstairs bedrooms, we had to walk through the unclean garage and a poorly maintained passageway, which was not ideal.Given these issues, we would likely not stay at this property again, nor would we feel comfortable recommending it to friends or family. It’s unfortunate, as the location has great potential, but the lack of attention to maintenance and cleanliness significantly impacted our experience.

The house was huge and would be perfect for two families .Kate from Batemans Bay accomodation was fantastic. Unfortunately the cleaners that Kate had hired had let Kate down and certainly let us down as well with the dirty state the house was presented on our arrival . We spent our first day of our holiday cleaning which Kate kindly compensated us for . There was a problem with linen or lack of as we didn’t have top sheets on our beds , no hand towels , no T Towels . Thankfully Kate brought us some from her own home .Once we cleaned we were able to settle in and did enjoy our stay right on the beach .The house could benefit with some attention to maintenance, screen doors were damaged and off the runners , curtains were half hanging off their hooks , outside lights were blown both at front door and back eating patio , and the yard was in need of a thorough mow and tidy up. This house has Awsome holiday rental potential , but sadly lacking attention .

Beautiful view of beach.

The deck is just fabulous with wonderful views. The house is spacious and in a great position. We really enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, swimming and watching all the dogs at Denhams. The house is big but not flash. It had loads of showers and two fridges which is handy for big groups. It had been cleaned, but not well enough. The garden had good bones but wasn’t tidy.

one of the best in the area

on our stay we had the whole property with 6 bedrooms plus so many toilets and showers for 5 couples. It falls short on nothing. Perfect location, magnificent view, 3 bedroom down-stairs, renovated large and fully furnished up-stairs plus a decent size TV. Providing a WiFi connection at home could make it best of the bests.

Lovely property

Beautiful view with easy beach access. The house has large open living areas with plenty of comfy lounges and space for a large family get together. The house is very well equipped and I would definitely be happy to stay there again. My family enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the waves and relaxing.
