This beautiful apartment has 57 m², has two bedrooms and its capacity is for four people. It is located in the Las Marinas area, so the beach is very close.
It is located on the first floor without an elevator and has a beautiful terrace where you can eat and enjoy the sunny summer days.
The urbanization has a large grassy area with trees that provide pleasant shade on the hottest days. Additionally, there is a large community pool and a children's pool, which is perfect for enjoying a vacation with children.
Upon entering, we find an open-concept space that includes the living room/dining room/kitchen and access to the terrace. The accommodation features TV, wifi, air conditioning/heat pump in the living room and one bedroom, and outdoor parking.
The kitchen is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and includes: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tableware/cutlery, utensils/kitchen tools, coffee maker, and toaster.
Next to the living room is the bathroom, completely renovated and with a shower.
The first room has two 90cm beds, the second room with air conditioning has a double bed.
