The apartment is on the 2nd floor (without elevator) and has 2 living levels:
in the lower area there is a spacious living-dining room with American kitchen and exit to a spacious roof terrace with garden furniture and sea views, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom; An internal staircase takes you to the upper floor to the 2nd bedroom with exit to the further roof terrace with wonderful sea views, 1 bathroom.

All rooms have air conditioning.

The well-kept residential complex has a wonderful palm garden with a communal pool. A private parking space on the premises is available to tenants.

The apartment is in a very central residential area; Sandy beach (200 m), restaurants (50 m), supermarket (1 km) and center of Denia are within walking distance.
