CASA GEMMA only a few steps away from Santa Anna Beach

Semi-detached house on the first line of the fine sandy beach. Cosy three bedroom ground floor beach house only 10 metres from the fine sandy beach of Santa Ana.
 
It is distributed in a living-dining room with smart-TV and access to the terrace with table, chairs and some sun loungers to relax under a parasol. It also has an outside shower. There is an awning at both the front and rear of the house. 
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a peaceful and pleasant holiday, wether you are staying for a long or short stay.
The bedrooms have a 135 cm bed, the other has a 106 cm bed and the third bedroom has a 90 cm trundle bed each. 
There is a bathroom with shower inside the house and a toilet in an outside room/storage room next to the washing machine.
The house is fully furnished and equipped, with air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the living room and in all the bedrooms, dishwasher, microwave, oven, Wifi, etc. For the winter there is air-conditioning in the living room and also a mobile gas stove.
There is enough parking space at the street in front of the house.
 
Calm location in a dead end road at 20 m from the beach Santa Anna. There is a small supermarket at 550 m open in summer, several restaurants and bars within walking distance (about 450 m).  The centre of the nearest villages, El Verger and Els Poblets, are at 7 km from the house. There you will find all your daily needs; various shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, etc. The centre of Denia is 18 km from the villa and can be reached in 20 minutes by car. 
 
Denia and its surroundings offer a great infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market and fish market, beautiful old town, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, not forgetting its nightlife. The 20 km of beaches offer possibilities for all tastes, areas to practice different water sports, beach bars, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves and many hiking trails. Dénia is situated in the middle of Valencia and Alicante, the airports of both cities can be reached within an hour's drive. In 20 min., maximum one hour, you can visit other places on the coast such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante in the south and Oliva, Gandia, Valencia in the north. 2 golf courses are only 5 and 10 km respectively from the villa: Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf.
