    Soffitti a volta nella grande sala con zona soggiorno e sala da pranzo. Grande TV a schermo piatto, cavo con HBO e Showtime e un lettore DVD. Aria centrale e WiFi.

    Spaziosa cucina con isola e due sgabelli. Costruito nel tinello con vista mozzafiato sull'acqua. Contatori di marmo di Carrara e armadi bianchi beadboard.

    3 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi.
    2 delle camere hanno letti queen size, TV a schermo piatto e cursori sul ponte lungomare privato. Che posto dove bere il caffè del mattino mentre ti godi l'alba o un bicchiere di vino la sera!

    I due bagni completi. Uno con doccia / vasca e l'altro con una grande doccia walk-in.

    Bella veranda / sala lettura con vista panoramica.

    Pavimenti in legno in tutto

    All'esterno c'è un bellissimo patio in pietra blu sul lungomare, un grande ponte fuori da due delle camere da letto e un molo / ponte proprio sull'acqua.

    C'è anche una grande doccia esterna con spogliatoio.

    Bella buca per il fuoco a gas all'aperto!

    Si prega di portare le proprie lenzuola e asciugamani, tutto il resto è previsto tra cui asciugacapelli, carta igienica, asciugamani di carta, filtri per caffè, pentole e padelle e sacchi per la spazzatura.

    Dennis ha 16 spiagge da godersi sia sull'oceano che sulla baia. 3 campi da golf pubblici si trovano nelle vicinanze. Ci piace il campo da golf Bass River.

    3 miglia dal villaggio di Dennis con negozi, gelateria e ristoranti.
    5 minuti di auto dalle splendide spiagge di Cape Cod Bay (Corporation, Mayflower).

    Zona tranquilla con chilometri di percorsi naturalistici proprio dietro l'angolo.

Highly recommend the cottage as a place to stay. The property was even nicer in person than the photos. Location is close to a lot of things to do but also far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Easy drive to pretty much anywhere on the CapeHost was great and easy to work, very responsive when needed. Will come back again.

We have rented many places on the Cape and Sunrise Cottage is by far our favorite place. We could and did sit all day on the deck overlooking the pond. We kayaked, swam and floated. The kitchen is so lovely, giving an excellent view of the pond. The accommodations were stellar. Lovely bedrooms where you can open the sliding glass doors and walk on another deck. Great laundry area. Meg is communicative and caring about the stay. We loved the extra touches where there were lotions and body wash, shampoos and conditioners. Highly recommend sunrise cottage!

What a wonderful cottage! We had everything we needed and so much more. There were many cozy spaces to relax, watch the birds, and read. The host offered information about “off season” restaurants and her recommendations were spot on.

So gorgeous! Pictures don’t even do the views justice it’s such a beautiful spot. We brought our dogs and they absolutely loved the pond.

This was immediately a favorite rental. Meg pays much attention to detail. The bedding is exceptional and the entire house is tastefully decorated. We had everything (and more) we needed. The yard was amazing with beautiful landscaping, patio furniture, fire pit, etc. We didn’t use the kayaks only because we ran out of time. My next visit will be a longer stay. Thank you, Meg, for such a beautiful home and being a perfect host. I appreciate all the extra information you sent us regarding restaurants, etc. And thank you for making it pet friendly.

Sunrise cottage lives up to its name!

Sunrise cottage offers a beautiful sunrise every morning. The kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor shower as well as the updated and well maintained cottage made our stay comfortable and perfect for our family. The proximity to the Dennis beaches made our stay complete.

The house was so cozy and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable as well! Hard to find that in most houses I’ve rented. Meg the owner was very nice and very easy to communicate with. The pond was so peaceful and relaxing. Centrally located on the Cape. 6A is a nice route to drive even in the winter. Do not hesitate to stay here :)

Two friends & one dog came back a second time to this precious cottage. Meg covers everything ahead of arrival & is responsive promptly to any questions during the stay. The cottage is clean & comfortable. The beds are luxurious. The view across the pond is a conservation area. The energy of this place is Light. We love it.

Great place!

This spot was perfection. The house was clean and had great amenities such as central air, decks, and well stocked kitchen. The pond is only steps away and the kayaks were easy to handle. We had a great time!

Went to a wedding on the cape and the Sunrise Cottage was a perfect base for us and our three adult children. Relaxing, quiet neighborhood with trails to walk on around the pong. Cottage was clean and well provisioned with everything we needed. Look forward to staying again. Thanks !!

This house is gorgeous. The views out the back are beautiful. The fire pit was enjoyed on most of our evenings, watching the fireflies. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and the property is private. Meg was very helpful with advice on local places to visit. Very responsive host. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

The perfect retreat

Sunrise Cottage is perfect in every way. I was looking for a quiet spot to relax and recharge with friends. The pond is so pretty all day long, and between the view and the warm fireplace we never felt the need to leave. I brought my dog and hiking through the conservation land was a treat. Can't wait to be back!

Spectacular property

Amazing house perfectly situated on lovely pond. A perfect and cozy spot for our long winter weekend getaway. Immaculately clean. Grateful that our dog was welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the fireplace, as well as the seating overlooking the water. Would be doubly amazing in the summer. We will be back!

Not enough superlatives for this place!

Spectacular location with walls of windows overlooking a pristine pond. 3-minute walk to lovely trail through conservation land where dogs can romp off-leash. House had a perfect layout for 2 couples and a toddler. Furnishings and decor made the home as beautiful as it was comfortable. We were truly sad to leave!
