  • Informazioni sulla proprietà - Ottieni il "Best of Both Worlds" con questo delizioso cottage fronte lago in un cerchio tranquillo a Dennisport, Mid - Cape Cod. Hai accesso al lungomare proprio fuori dalla tua porta sul retro con una splendida vista di Swan Pond e terra di conservazione. Trascorri del tempo sul lago o su Sea Street o sulla spiaggia di Glendon in fondo alla strada. Swan Pond è lungo circa 1,5 miglia e si collega al fiume Swan, che collega le spiagge e l'oceano a Nantucket Sound. Pesca, kayak, canoa, vela, windsurf o semplicemente rilassarsi su questo bellissimo lago, tocca a voi! Il cottage ha un nuovo ponte e un cortile privato che è abbastanza spazioso per intrattenere o semplicemente rilassarsi mentre si guarda la splendida vista e la fauna selvatica. Cigno stagno è noto per la sua grande pesca e canoa, questo lago non ha accesso del pubblico per le barche a motore, quindi è molto tranquillo. Il cottage ha 3/4 camere da letto, (NUOVO), Loft - con 2 letti singoli. un bagno, doccia esterna e può ospitare fino a 8. E 'stato recentemente rifinito con pavimenti NUOVI ed è dotato di canoa, 2 kayak, (NUOVO) 6 persone in alluminio, gommone, forno a microonde, TV via cavo, Wi-Fi, Roku Streaming, lavatrice, asciugatrice, cucina e grill. E 'un ottimo modo per godersi lo stile di vita di Cape Cod. Il casolare si trova alle spiagge, pista ciclabile, e ristoranti (Chapins, Domenica Scuola, ecc.) Si può anche raggiungere a piedi di Clancy Restaurant.

We had a great time on Swan Pond. The house was beautifully decorated, very close to the waterfront, and had a nice piece of property to enjoy nights by the fire. Communication with the owners was quick and easy and responsive to all questions.

Stunning lake views/access/seating in a quiet neighborhood. Great access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and Sea St beach. We had all the amenities we needed for 6 adults and a baby to enjoy. The washer and dryer were a great plus. Overall a great stay on the mid Cape!

John and Laura have thought of everything you could need and then some for a wonderful Cape Cod vacation! The cottage is incredibly well stocked, and if you happen to forget something, they probably already have it. And if not, there are plenty of stores just a mile away.We truly enjoyed our annual trip to the Cape and loved staying at this cottage. It was comfortable, welcoming, and made for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was as described in the listing. It was a nice touch to have all necessary supplies provided, such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, sponges, etc. The kayaks were great to have, so we didn't have to spend extra money on rentals. The only thing I can think of to add is maybe another a/c in the loft area. It was particularly warm up there. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you for opening your home to us.

What a great place to stay! Everything was as portrayed in the photos—right down to the blue crab napkin holder. : ) Loved all the outdoor seating options, and the kayaks for paddling around the pond were so fun. And there really were swans—a whole family! We also enjoyed the mid-Cape location; less than five minutes to a good beach, and only about 30 minutes to a "big" beach (Nauset). Would definitely stay here again, and have already recommended it to family and friends. The *only* suggestion I have is to maybe install a clothesline somewhere outside (or in the basement?) to hang wet bathing suits, etc., on.

Great house in a great setting on Swan Pond. Excellent communication with owner, easy check in process, and the house is clean and comfortable. We loved using the kayaks to explore the pond. It was the perfect place to spend our two weeks on Cape Cod.

Delightful family vacation week on the mid-cape

The house perfectly fit our needs and was a great location overlooking Swan Pond. Can't beat waking up to the view of the pond and daily visits from the local swans.

Swan Pond peace

This house was a real gem. The yard was beautiful, and we were fortunate to have the swans visiting us almost every day. It’s a great location and I would definitely rent this place again.

Fabulous yard

Had a great stay. The house was very clean and well stocked. The backyard was Amazing!! We loved the patio sectional couch, could sit there all day. Only suggestions would be newer beds and a new outdoor firepit. I would definitely rent again.

Lovely setting, a kayakers dream

The house is very quaint, well maintained, clean & tidy. The backyard is serene on Swan pond. Kayaking the pond to Swan River and out to Nantucket Cove was spectacular.

Family Getaway

This cozy home was an amazing place to spend a week with my family. The yard was perfect for us plus our extended family to play and visit. The plethora of watercraft and lifevests made our time on the pond so relaxing. Great location, well appointed home. Highly recommend!!

Cape Cod family weekend

The house was perfect for the 7 of us. We loved using the kayaks and fire pit. We had everything we needed to enjoy beautiful weather outside. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and offered the essentials for cooking. I always appreciate having spices and basic oils so that we don't have to purchase such things. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely cottage like feel

My husband and I stayed here for our one year wedding anniversary. It was quiet, serene, and private. We loved the backyard, the location was great to get to stores and restaurants and the inside of the home was comfy, updated and super clean. We will be coming back. Also, such a bonus that check in is at 2pm, it really allows you to enjoy your first day there. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful stay

We loved staying here. Location in MidCape allowed us to visit the entire area. We loved the view of the pond and it actually was much bigger than we thought. We rode the bike trails, visited Provincetown, took the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Went to an amazing beach. We rode our bikes in the neighborhood and took out the canoe. I would not hesitate to book this property again

Great stay

We had a terrific time at this property. We were looking for a quick get away before school started and this place was exactly what we needed. We hardly left because we had everything we needed there. We used the kayaks provided several times as well as the canoe. Thanks again!!

Pond front beautiful house

House was beautifully situated on a saltwater pond. Found horseshoe crabs and blue crabs all week. Lots of nice outdoor spaces to hang out and kayaks, canoe to use as well. House was as described and clean. We would certainly consider this house again. Thank you.

Beautiful location

This was a great little cottage, with such a gorgeous view of the lake in the back. It was nice and clean and well-decorated, and the kitchen and game closet were fully stocked. The outdoor spaces with the hammock were really enjoyable. My favorite part was kayaking out to the tidal river, where we saw so many different birds and sea life. The only suggestion I can make is that master bedroom mattress was starting to sag and might need an update/flip, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! A wonderful location, just a short drive to the beach and various restaurants but in a nice quiet neighborhood. I definitely recommend this lovely spot on the cape.

Great place has everything! We had 8 women and shower after shower with PLENTY of Hot Water!!!

Great place everything was perfect! Everything you need is there and more!!!! 8 women stayed and PLENTY OF HOT WATER shower after shower!!! Our ages range from 27 to 75 so the younger women stayed up-stairs it's very cozy but the stairs are kind of tricky. I called John to ask a question and he was very helpful and polite. We had a great time and will be back!!! Thank You John & Laura Brenda

A beautiful property

We loved our stay on Indian Trail. The house looks small from the outside but it is very spacious with 4 bedrooms. It is very clean, quiet and extremely comfortable with every amenity you could want. The view over Swan Pond is gorgeous and we spent many happy hours sitting on the deck watching the wildlife. It is in a great location for visiting all areas of the Cape which we did. There are lots of really good local eateries nearby. If you enjoy canoeing and boating this is a perfect spot. We would highly highly recommend this property and . communication with John was great.
