Hundred Summer Days on the Cape!

Welcome to Hundred Summer Days! Our adorable cottage has everything you need for your stay on the cape! This two-bedroom, one bath home features a living room, a newly refreshed (2025) and fully equipped eat-in kitchen and air conditioning throughout. The primary bedroom has a Queen size bed, and the second bedroom has 2 Twin size beds. There are two smart TVs and games for the kids. TVs provide access to streaming services - so don't forget your log-ins! (No cable, but access to local news). There is a patio for outdoor dining, and a gas BBQ grill. And no Cape house is complete without an enclosed outdoor shower! A washer and dryer can be found off the primary bedroom! The yard is big enough for outdoor games, and parking for three cars. Only .75 miles to Glendon Road Beach. Owner will offer options for a weekly beach pass (value $90) for access to West Dennis Beach and Mayflower Beach and many others. Close to everything Dennis Port has to offer. There are only a Hundred Summer days each year, enjoy them on Cape Cod!

Guests provide their own linens and towels, however there are towels available if you wish to wash/dry them upon use. When you arrive, guests will find starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap - its just enough to get you started, if you need more, guests replenish their own supplies.

10 days of summer.

I lived in West Dennis for 14 years so it was great being back. My family enjoyed the house very much. The location is very convenient and close to some of our favorite restaurants. We really appreciated the fact that the rental included beach chairs and an umbrella as well as a washer and dryer. The house was well stocked with pots, pans and dinnerware. Being able to rent the house for 10 days was a bonus.

Wonderful location; Adorable space

Loved this accommodation. Our dog was welcome so we enjoyed having her with us. Was close to 4 beaches, 3 in walking distance. Cute street and we loved the outdoor shower. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Having the beach parking pass was a huge bonus. Kitchen is well equipped. Outdoor sitting area was excellent.

Dennisport perfection

We had a wonderful stay at 100 summer days and were so glad to be able to spend a week of our summer in this cozy, comfortable property. It's not always easy to find a property that works well for us and our senior lab but this was certainly it! We loved the proximity to many of our favorite beaches, restaurants, and Cape activities. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect place to explore the cape

Our family had a great time here! It was the perfect size for our family of four and the perfect place to stay to explore the cape. Loved our boat tour to see the seals in Chatham and kayaking on Swan River just half a mile away!

Wonderful Vacation!

The cottage is so inviting, nicely updated, super clean and comfortable. Parking is plentiful, which is not always the case with cape cottages. We loved the outdoor shower, the laundry area was so clean. The cottage is small, but plenty big enough for my husband and I. One of the bedrooms has 3 twin beds, good size room for 3 children. The neighbors were very quiet, and very nice. Super close to Glendon Beach and a quick ride to West Dennis beach. Location, Location, Location! It's perfect, just a minute drive to rte 28 to all the action. The kitchen as plenty of utensils and pans. Giving this house and the host 5 stars, very nice! Enjoyed our stay!

Donnas house was a great getaway! She had everything we needed down to the nice touch of a welcome gift and wine! Donna was easily reachable anytime we had a question. Very clean, cute cottage that was perfect location for everything we wanted to do! Our family loved our time there!

Hundred Summer Days

Great location and adorable house on a quiet street in Dennisport with a nice yard and patio to sit and relax or grill at home. The house is small but perfect for a beach vacation and owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We were so happy to find a dog friendly, super clean rental so close to our favorite Cape Cod spots and beaches. We would 100% stay here again!
