  • QUESTA PROPRIETÀ AFFITTA SABATO ATTRAVERSO SABATO. DEVI PRENOTARE IN 7 INCREMENTI NOTTE.
    SPETTACOLARE VISTA SUL MARE OCEAN !!! Viste mozzafiato di Nantucket Sound su una spiaggia privata. Questa casa ha tre camere da letto e un divano letto aggiuntivo nella zona giorno al piano superiore, per un totale di otto persone. Lo spazio abitativo al piano inferiore ha cursori che si aprono su un ponte con posti a sedere sull'oceano e una griglia a gas. Al largo della cucina c'è un'ulteriore sala da pranzo, con una finestra d'angolo che offre più viste sull'oceano. La camera da letto principale ha il proprio bagno completo con doccia. Goditi il caffè all'ultimo piano o sul ponte del piano principale o sul patio pavimentato. Sei la scelta ... CAPE COD VIVERE AL MEGLIO !!!

The house came with all described in the listing. We were pleasantly surprised because there were many things that must have been left from other guests like paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, tissues. We rented linens and while we could have brought our own, this was so convenient. We would come back here again in a heartbeat. Martha Murray was great to work with and made the process easy.

Everyone appreciated the updates made to this home - new mattresses and couches. The weather wasn't the best, but the ease of working with Martha Murray Rentals is awesome. It's simple and responsive. And the property owners have made the home comfy and inviting. Although our family size is increasing, we rent multiple spots and this is Home to all each day. Let's not forget the sun, sand and ocean makes it perfect!!

Who wouldn't like to walk down a flight of stairs and have your toes land in sand and ocean breezes, The home is beautiful and though we spent more time on the beach, we still appreciated the coziness of the inside. Working with Martha Murphy Rentals has made it hard to rent from other websites, rentals. They are very responsive to questions and the drive thru pick up and drop off of rental keys is the best!! We will used them again next year with another vacation at the "house on the stilts" as we call it.

Family Friendly Beach House

The private sandy beach provided us with hours of play and leisure time for the family. Being on stilts the house shaded us, so we could enjoy the beach and avoid the sun. The waves were gentle enough for young kids to play and swim in. Having a toddler and infant with us, we greatly appreciated the easy access to the house from the beach, and we loved the convenient outdoor shower. We enjoyed eating outdoors on the spacious main floor deck and soaking in the views from the upstairs deck. The rooms and bathrooms were modern, clean and seemingly newly renovated. Although the kitchen is narrow, it is well stocked with plenty of cooking necessities. Other helpful amenities were the air-conditioning, the washer and dryer, the grill, and lots of sand toys. Two cars fit fine in the driveway. We didn't need to leave the house for any activities because all the fun was right there. We would highly recommend this house, and we plan to return again.
