    Solo 0,3 miglia dalla spiaggia con aria condizionata centralizzata! Questo Charm Cottage Cape Cod è stato completamente rinnovato per la stagione 2019! Casa con due camere da letto che offre raffreddamento in tutta la casa principale e una veranda riparata per godersi notti fresche. Due aree salotto separate all'esterno per piacevoli giorni e serate, insieme a grill a gas e doccia esterna. I servizi includono WiFi, ac centrale, lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie!

Fantastic WFH Stay with a bonus beach walk!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was better than the pictures let on. The cleanliness is immaculate and the gas-range oven was top notch. We worked from home for a whole week in this house and demanded a lot of internet and we never once had an internet issue. The sun-room was a perfect WFH room even on cold days because of how much sun it gets. The firepit was a nice touch in the evenings. The grill works fine but may need to be replaced in the next season. The bed was extremely comfortable, we only used the master bedroom but the other beds seemed similar. The TV/living room situation was very relaxing and comfortable. The beach is a 5 minute walk away and we made the walk every evening for the sunset. The owner and Martha Murray made a special accommodation for us and I have to really call out both of their willingness to help us out, thank you!We were sad to leave, wish we could stay longer!

It is close enough to walk to a beach but we enjoyed other beaches as well. It was convenient to be able to use the beach chairs, and even though we didn’t use the fire pit, we liked having the option to do so.We would definitely consider rentIng this one again.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation the house was great.The only thing they is a little more storage for food,we used the kitchen table and that was fine because we had great weather.The only other thing was the AC seemed to not cold enough set at 74 and the house would get as high as 78 seem like it could not keep up..
