    Caratteristico cottage di Cape Cod su una strada sterrata leggermente percorsa e solo 3/10 miglia a spiaggia privata condivisa. Cenare sulla veranda protetta o affresco sul ponte 12 x 16 attrezzato con griglia a carbone, mobili da giardino e tavolo da picnic. (* Nota: il bagno è solo doccia). Solo griglia a carbone. Altri servizi includono cavo, WiFi, finestra a / c in ogni camera da letto, televisore a schermo piatto, DVD, forno a microonde e tostapane.

I love this cottage

Reviewer Comments: This was our second year renting this cottage on Longell Road for our annual July father-son vacation, and once again, it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our two-week getaway on Cape Cod. We highly recommend this rental and are already looking forward to returning next year!

Charming Cottage, Perfect Beach Access

This charming two-bedroom home was the ideal base for our beach vacation. It was incredibly convenient to have the shared/private beach access just .3 miles away, making it easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. The cottage itself was comfortable and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

The cottage is on a quiet street, a short distance to the private beach. The cottage is small, but just enough room for the three of us (two adults and a 9-year old). The kitchen was stocked with the appliances we needed (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, toaster oven). There was also a blender, which we didn't need to use. Overall, the place was clean; although, the toaster oven tray hadn't been cleaned, and the BBQ grill had not been emptied of charcoal and ash. There were a few cobwebs in places, which I think could have been taken care of with just a quick flick of a duster. The beach itself is nice. It's small and for residents (or renters) of Longell Street. We had no issues on the beach. The only issue, although of no fault of the owner, is that the beach ends up getting a lot of seaweed. I wouldn't have a problem staying there again.

A very relaxing stay

Really no complaints. The only thing I would add is an umbrella for the deck table. There is a pick nick table in the yard that has an umbrella which is great.
