Our peaceful neighborhood is located near the intersection of I-35 and McCormick St. We are in a quiet single-family-home neighborhood with just 5 houses on our tree-canopied street, each on half acre or larger lots. It is a safe and family-friendly semi-dead end street. It is in close proximity to Apogee Stadium, UNT, 35W, Denia Rec. Center, Denia Park (great for running, walking or cycling), Outback Steakhouse, Rudy's BBQ, Chuck E Cheese, Mr. Frosty's Burger Spot, a Donut shop, Whataburger, Taco Bell, Sonic. We are also located very near the I-35 E and I-35 W split, making it ideal for commuting to Dallas, Ft. Worth or Texas Motor Speedway! It's also a straight shot to Argyle (down Ft. Worth Dr.). We are approximately 10 mins from the Denton Square, TWU, Rayzor Ranch, Unicorn Lake, & The Loop (288). Winstar World Casino is just 45mins north.
