Huge home in the country.

This was a very large home with everything you would need… We were very close to the Gaylord conference center about 25 minute drive so very convenient.

Luxe - Hudson House

House was amazing and just what we were looking for. It has amazing views of the Rockies but maintained the mini-ranch feel without the business of Denver. Was also very cool to watch the planes on approach landing at Denver International Airport. The house had all the amenities you could ask for and the property management group checked on us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. Recommend this place for large and small groups alike. Thanks for a great stay!!

Contact Person

Everything was wonderful, the home was beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. My issue was their contact person, i was told any early check in would cost $100, I tried to reach the contact person because the home was cold, would not answer for me, i called and text for another issue, no answer to my call or text from the contact person. Overall, the contact person was not handling business as needed, but everything else about our stay was rewarding to us all.

Excellent secluded home but net is dead slow

Beautiful huge home with nice comfortable room. Very clean, there were some reviews complaining about dust on fixtures and fans, seems like management has taken care of that, we found the house spotless. There were required pots pans and kitchen accessories in the house. All bedrooms have attached bath and the house has 2 office spaces. Unfortunately internet is only functional in one corner of the house where router is located. If you are planning to work while staying here you have to move in that corner (office next to master bath). Cell phone service for Verizon and ATT is zero. R Mobile does get some signal not best.

The house was awesome. We loved it from the first time we pulled up to the gate outside. It was like living in heaven with lots of room for everyone. This has nothing to do with the beauty of the house because it was absolutely gorgeous. The only negative thing I would say is they need to have better Internet in the home. So that their guests can enjoy the full benefit of being able to not only watch television, but be able to work there electronic devices. Oh, and the treadmill didn’t work either but other than that the home within itself is absolutely gorgeous and I would rent it 1000 times over if every in Denver again thank you so much.

The ranch was beautiful!

The ranch was beautiful. Our only complaint was the gate code was not correct and the WiFi was very weak. We truly enjoyed our stay. Our brunch and photoshoot were superb! We would stay at the property again with our spouses! Thank you so much!

This house was absolutely amazing and very spacious I would say it definitely needs some upgrading but it was worth the money. We had a wonderful time, we had 3 couples on a getaway and everyone loved every bit of it!

Almost perfect place for a couples getaway

My husband and I, plus 4 other couples stayed here for my husband's birthday/ couple's getaway. The house has enough space to accommodate 5 couple's comfortably. One bedroom didn't have a TV, so if you need a TV to sleep, this may be a problem. There's lots of space for everyone. There is a bathroom in each room, which we really liked. There are 2 additional bathrooms downstairs (half baths). There is lots of room in the kitchen.. we were able to cook and eat together. It snowed while we were there so we were able to go right out back and play in the snow. The house is beautiful. It could use some fixing here and there, but overall, our stay was great.

I will NEVER use this company for booking!

1. Several of the fire places were out of order and when I contacted them I was told the person to fix it was not available until January but we were not notified prior. 2. The home had dust all over the house/Ceiling fans were horrible with dust 3. There was pubic hairs inside of two of the tubs 4. All the doors and windows were taped shut with no Trespassing signs on the doors they didn't want you to go in. 5. The wifi info given in the email was incorrect. 5a. Poor internet service. Poor as in you can not receive calls or texts there period! 6. The garage opener was never left on the main table. (As stated in the email) 7. All of the eyes on the stove were not working properly. 8. The refrigerator was not cooling well (after the temperature was lowered) 9. The radio was not working 10. Piano not working. 11. There were items delivered to the home for other people. 12. They interrupted our stay for the return of them. 13. There was an empty tissue roll in the down stairs bathroom that nobody ever used. The entire stay. 14. There was old dirty ice in the ice maker. 15. The oven racks were not the correct size. 16. There were signs literally all over the house. Don't do this or that like were 1st graders 17. There were blinds on the windows the wrong size allowing gaps at the bottom of the windows to be seen. 18. The front door was shaky and the locks needed to be replaced bc it wasn't secure. The home overall looked like it was still under renovation and should not have been rented. We paid $4,365 for 5 days and it was not worth one dime. Once I asked to speak with someone over the representative regarding the cleanliness another person replied saying I didn't say that in my first email regarding the fireplace so there was nothing he could do. Saying "thanks let me know if there's anything I can do" after doing absolutely NOTHING. The customer service with the evolve representative was horrible. I am still waiting on a response regarding my complaints and it's been 2 days. I would not recommend this house especially nor this site for booking. Great potential

The house is huge which makes it perfect for a large group. However, when hosting a large group you should have things in the kitchen to cook for a large group of people. There were no casserole style dishes or things to cook larger amounts of food at the same time. This meant eating in shifts. The house is in the middle of nowhere and the cell service is non existent. You are left to depend on WiFi and the house is so big with only one WiFi box in the far back corner of the master bathroom that the other side of the house has no signal. The signal can’t support the number of users being connected that the house can support staying there. The pictures on the listing are beautiful but in reality they are old. The house has a lot of cosmetic damage. The entry way wall is crumbling. There are places in walls throughout the house that holes have been patched and the spackle is just there on the wall not painted over. The island in the kitchen is not attached to the floor so it moves if leaned against. The front porch is sinking from the house so that last step in is a doozy. Many of the screens on the windows are missing or damaged so if you open the windows you get flies. The fireplaces are all not in working order and many of the doors to the outside are taped so you can’t go out them. When we arrived the info I had received in the check in email as far as WiFi info and location of things was wrong. There were things listed in the books that said we should be able to locate things that weren’t there. There is no garage door fob so if you want to park in the garage someone has to go through the house to open the garage and when you leave they have to close the garage door from inside and run through the house and out the front door. If you leave the gates to the driveway open you have random people some take pictures of the house. The property manager was very responsive to my phone calls with questions and any issues that came up. Overall the house is so pretty and spacious and has amazing potential but it seems that a lot of repairs need to be made and they are only doing bare minimum.

Nice location with caveats

We truly enjoyed our time at your ranch. It served its purposes for our girls weekend. However, the cleanliness of the home was an issue. There was several dead bugs, spider webs, and dust around the house to the point we had to purchase cleaning products. Also, the fly infestation was over bearing. On Thursday we killed over 30 flies in the home and spent money on sprays and traps to combat the flies around our food and in the rooms. We spent several dollars trying to combat this issue. The flies were so overbearing that they were also in our car! Also, the dishwasher is inoperable. Again, we loved the home and accommodations. Great space, beautiful decor, great scenery, but the bug infestation and cleanliness was an extreme issue for us.

Excellent Stay

We were a group of senior citizens on vacation for relaxation and fun. The house was perfectly spacious, the game room and bar area was a great hit. We wished there was a grill to keep us from cooking on the stove. Otherwise the house was as advertised. I would recommend a TV in all the bedrooms..

Great Property

This is a great property for a large family. Wish it had a BBQ The fireplaces were not accessible tho, the listing should have mentioned that. But The rest of the property was as advertised and we had a great time at this home, the main gathering room has great amenities for enjoyment and layout of the house was ideal for people to have their own space and for us to get together for large dinners and socializing.

Enjoyed my stay, would come again!

Check in was effortless. Good communication and let us check in whenever we wanted for $100 fee. There were quite a few flies but you shouldn’t have a prob if you keep the door closed! Plus they have a wide selection of fly swatters in the kitchen drawer by trash can. ;)

Holiday celebrations.

We had a great stay. Everything is at least 20-30 away from the house. The space was nice. Spacious rooms and home with plenty of things to keep you occupied inside the home. I didn’t like the limited amount of dishes and cookware. There should definitely be more in a size home this big. There were also not enough linens and towels in the home. No extra anything. Other than that it was a great stay.

Home was immaculate!

The home was immaculate, fresh smelling and very accommodating for our group. No negatives for this property. Well, internet issues but that was no big deal for us.

Great house and location

This was was a ways out from denver but a great location for families. The property in front was good for kids to play and adults to enjoy the weather.

Amazing place with a slice of solitude

The house was amazing. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that there was no wifi as advertised and no phone service so it was hard to make calls and heavy data usage. Everything else was beyond par. We enjoyed the house so much we decided not to go into Denver and just enjoy the our time together. We played pool and poker here and there and cooked hearty meals for breakfast and dinner with the awesome kitchen. Everyone had a great time without feeling taxed by the large city nearby. All in all, we would recommend this to anyone in the Denver area wanting to maybe spend some time there but not be over burdened by the busy city.
