Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer, 3 bedrooms, Large Front/Back yard, gorgeous front deck and massive Driveway. all that’s missing is you! We also have enough room for all your friends, family, and pets!

    Whether your visit includes a trip to Hike the Rocky Mountains, Explore the natural parks, Ski Down the hill side, or Enjoy the fine dinning experiences, This cozy home will accommodate your every need.

    Need to check in with the office? This home has high speed internet with plenty of desk space for those that need to work during their stay.

    Pet-friendly: feel free to bring your furry friend with an additional $100 cleaning fee. Please let us know upon confirming the reservation.

    One thing to Note: the house is on a 2 Lane Road and Maybe busy at sometimes. This can make it hard to find the actually house sometimes. I have installed a U-Driveway to make it easier Drive in and out of the property. This way you will never have to back-out!

Nice Place To Stay

It was a nice comfortable place to stay. We liked that it was a little bit out of Denver, but within 15 minutes of places we wanted to go.

Worth it

Great spot & amazing host.

Jon went all out to make the stay extremely pleasant. We stayed for weekend checking out Denver and seeing Phish at Dick’s sporting goods park. House is very close to highway and convenient to all local attractions. Amazing host, thanks!

Met with family and friends for a few days here to see Dead & Co’s last show in Colorado. Jon was a great host. Ideal location between Boulder and Denver.

Good Location

We stayed in Denver for one night to go and see a baseball game. The house was nice and clean, the fenced backyard was very nice for the dogs. The host was very responsive. Had a good stay, would stay again.

Great place to stay!

My family stayed for a week while visiting Colorado for vacation. The house was clean and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect. We took day trips to Estes Park, Boulder, Golden, and visited several places in Denver. The host is responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area. It was perfect for our family, including our pup. I would definitely stay here again if we return to the area!

Nice neighborhood, great for dogs

Very nice house, great beds, excellent fenced backyard. We didn’t bring our dogs this time but would in a heartbeat. Has everything you might forget if you do bring pets also. Well stocked kitchen. Very easy house to stay in close enough to Boulder, Denver, and the airport.

Great stay

This home was exactly as advertised and perfect for our needs. Our host Jon was very responsive and professional. We especially valued the fenced yard and park nearby for our dogs, as well as the easy highway 36 access. It is off a busy road, but we didn't hear any street noise from inside. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

"Halfway Spot"

We booked this home while we waited to close on our new home. We stayed for 28 nights. It was the perfect plave to land while we transitioned. It was close to everything, and there were plenty of places to grab a bite. Jon was very comunicative and the house had everything we needed for our extended stay. Not to mention the extras for the children and pets. Truly thoughtful host. was very comunicative,evethere.

As advertised!

Our group of 3 adults and a dog found this to be the perfect home to work remotely from for a week. The house was clean with comfortable beds, 2 desks, a well equipped kitchen, & cozy family room, all as advertised. Jon was extremely responsive. Other reviews mention foam pillows, now you can rest assured there are a variety of sleeping pillow options. Nearby Rosita’s has delicious New Mexican food. We will stay again

Cozy home in Denver Suburbs

Had my MiL, wife, and dog with me for the New Year. Downtown Denver was a short Uber ride away and tons of hiking was available 15-30 minutes away, depending on the destination. House had everything we needed to enjoy the holiday with a fenced backyard for the dog. Manager/owner was very quick to respond to any questions via the VRBO messaging system.

Just what we needed

I rented this property as a get ready location for me and my bridesmaids on my wedding day. I was worried about finding a place to do this because so many rentals ban groups. I told my plans to John and he was fine with it from the start. The pace was perfect, lots of natural light and a few bedrooms so some could crash there. We had hoped to spend time in the yard but the weather didn't cooperate. Communication with John was always clear and concise. Definitely recommend staying here.
