Due to our location, you may hear some traffic noise, especially during peak hours.
The townhouse has multiple floors, so it's best suited for guests who are comfortable with stairs.
We kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise levels, especially during late nights.
Loss of house keys or garage keys will result in a $100 replacement fee.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire townhouse, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and rooftop deck. The two-car garage is also available for your convenience.
Other things to note
Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.
We kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum.
We provide basic toiletries, such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Towels and linens are also provided.
Loss of house keys or garage keys will result in a replacement fee of $100 each.
