PERFECT FOR ENTERTAINMENT. This home has plenty of room throughout for your family & friends. Upstairs has 2bd with a walk-in shower. The walkout basement was designed w/the 90s in mind, arcade games, big screen TV! Downstairs has its own living room & kitchen w/2bd, a walk-in shower. Entertain your people in the huge backyard with basketball, BBQ etc.
Plenty of parking on this corner lot and just 15min away from downtown. Easy access to highways if you’re heading to the mountains!

I would recommend packing extra blankets; the downstairs gets pretty cold with the AC on; the game room was a definite hit and we all enjoyed the backyard games as well. Do want to mention they do include air mattresses but sadly one kept deflating. Overall Great for a family get away!

The house overall is nice. It was conveniently located to the venue we were going to. Have a few washcloths would be good. We only had the 1 black one for makeup removal.

We stayed here for a long weekend as we came down for a concert at the red rocks. Location is good for driving out there, it's kind of in the middle between the west and then downtown denver. House worked well for 6 adults to stay. Lots of games and space for anyone staying. The only minor issue that came up really was the downstairs twin beds were very creaky when moving around on them.

We had three generations staying together and we really made it home. We were able to cook for ten people and have the teenagers downstairs in the games room while the older crowd chatted upstairs. Lots of parking and great Mexican restaurants nearby!
