I definitely need to answer to this review as the true is ; guests arrived and were waiting for me at the bar . My bartender told me, that right at the door they were very difficult guests . They did not want to even seat down for 1 minute and have a glass of water . They were very unhappy and where staying in the door not trying to move - like , yes , in the front door / entrance of my restaurant . While I was coming downstairs , my fiancé already warn me that they are very grumpy and I need to rush . I was thinking they were tired and probably right after they see the apartment and will be able to take some rest , all will be fine . We walk in upstair , I give them instructions about the apartment and I left . As soon as , I went downstairs, I received a phone call the apt is very dirty ; there is a finger prints on the refrigerator and TV , there is towels in the laundry and they took a paper towel and tried to clean the floor and the floor was dirty . They wouldn't take off their shoes at first , because from first minute they were not planning to stay at my apartment . Now they saying the floor was sticky . It was obvious they were totally unhappy , grumpy , tired and looking for a reason not to stay at the apt for 1 night . They also told us their friends came over and stated the same . Well , if I would have friends in Denver , I would try to cancel the stay for any reason as well . This way it is free . All I want to say is ; if you always unhappy and have huge standards , do not stay at my place . My place is wonderful and I have many repeatable guests and I do not have to deal with random unsatisfied customers . If you read other review you will realize how surprisingly good is my place . Put in consideration it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator ( a lot of climbing ) , some consider that an issue . Also , put in the consideration it is very busy area and if you do not like happening neighborhood then you in the wrong spot ( take a look at lasting ; 50 is an age cap ) . The apartment is clean on daily bases , and we do our best to polish it , so if you pay attention to every detail , do not ask for early check in . We trying to get everything done within very short period of time and even laundry takes 2 hours at least . We practically always need to leave it laundering or drying and ask our guests for help . Obviously , some do not understand that and think it is a 5 star hotel !
