The stylish master bedroom with a comfortable Queen size bed and ample closet space is upstairs Bedroom 2 A large and beautiful bedroom offering a Queen bed and stylish design Bedroom 3 Queen size bed featured in this upstairs bedroom conveniently located near the entrance Bedroom 4 A comfortable room with a full size mirror and a double twin bed Bedroom 5 - This home includes a heated main pool and a side pool The home does not include a hot tub - Pool and small pool are closed for the Winter Months October 20th - June 1st - We have a NO PARTY Policy along with quiet hour and noise rules that are essential to respecting our neighbors This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important Parties ad excessive noisy will be shut down and possibly incur civil prosecution If you are unsure if your group fits this description please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver my favorite restaurants hikes nightlife and much more Please note that we have installed cameras outside of the property for safety purposes There are no cameras inside of the property There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of 1000 You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy Once a week one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans and or do the lawn pool maintenance They will NOT enter the home This day may or may not fall during your stay



The Space:

No smoking in or near the home Smoking outside is ok but please keep a distance from the windows and doors Parties are not allowed You are welcome to have a few guests over to visit but please let us know if you will be doing so Please remove your shoes by the front doorOut of respect for our neighbors please be mindful of quiet hours from 10pm-8amWe are not able to accommodate late checkouts due to our cleaners busy schedules There is a late checkout fee of 125 and potentially up to the cost of an extra night if it affects the incoming guests Early check ins can be requested through your electronic guidebook the day of check in We do our best to accommodate these requests however it is fully dependent on availability If approved there is a 50 charge for early check in Please ensure you don t leave anything behind at checkout There is a fee of 30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure We welcome up two to pets If you brought a pet pleasebe sure to add them to your reservation andclean up after themOR No Pets AllowedWe do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons we recommend checking that the tankdoesn t need to be filledif you plan to use any amenities requiring propaneduring your stay If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we d be happy to reimburse you If you are utilizing an amenity with propane please be sure to close the tank when not in use
