Cozy Denver Neighborhood Home

Relax and enjoy our perfect, centrally located house just 5 miles south of Downtown Denver! You can be a short ride away from Downtown Life or a peaceful Mountain View!

Just 15 min from Empower Stadium & Coors field! Jason’s Park located directly behind the house. 5 minutes from the cute entertainment of Downtown Littleton! Right next to Broadway which provides dozens of restaurants and bars to explore. An easy 15 minute drive to the famous Red Rocks Amphitheater. Less than 1.5 hours from historic Colorado towns and resorts such as Estes Park, Idaho Springs, and Winter Park!

Fully equipped kitchen including Keurig, Microwave & Stove, Pots & Pans, Spices, etc.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed & attached bathroom with shower & tub.

2nd bedroom with twin day bed & full bed. The hosts live in a secondary unit in the basement that has separate entry/exit. You shouldn’t hear or see us during your stay.

Full 2nd bath in attached hallway with Washer & Dryer.

This place was great! It was clean and exactly as advertised. Communication with Camille was easy and fast. We didn't actually spend a lot of time at the house as we had a lot of plans but it was the perfect place for a great night's sleep. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. Camille was so kind to send me back a sweater that I accidentally left behind. Highly recommend!

The rooms were clean and as described. Kitchen was nice sized for the space and the entire space was comfortable. Nice and quiet neighborhood that was easy to get around. Close to grocery and other stores. We will stay there again when traveling to Englewood.

It was a nice stay. The only concern was they advertised the entire house, which wasn’t true. The owners stayed in the basement and we shared the yard. We didn’t know this until right before we arrived. Since I was watching my grandson, we were disappointed with this. The price was expensive for sharing space with the owners.

Comfortable Neighborhood

This house was perfect for our needs. The 2 bedrooms were plenty for myself and my three young adults kids. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked several meals there. The neighborhood was pretty cozy, with mostly families around. There is even a nice park on the next block. The house is off of Santa Fe, which is where the trains run through Denver. We could hear the trains, but they weren't super distracting. We did see the owners several times as they live in the basement and we could hear them coming and going. We also had to make sure we parked far enough over and didn't block their access to the garage behind the house. There was a leak in the shower while we were there. The hosts dealt with it quickly and graciously and without too much disruption. We enjoyed staying here very much and would definitely stay here again. We would definitely recommend.

Greas base for our Denver vacation. Close to everything.

Loved the house, just right for our family of 4. Kids loved the beds and separate bathrooms were nice for privacy. Very clean and owner very responsive to any request. Would stay again.
