I didn't stay at the rental, I never went to Colorado. I called your customer service line on Tuesday 07/09/2024 and I spoke to a representative. I'm requesting a full refund because I was expecting a house for myself without anyone else staying in the same unit. The VRBO ad displays "Only whole homes. Only your people. Always get the whole place to yourself". Tuesday 07/09/2024 the host Carlos Paiz sent me a message telling me not to park in the driveway and instructed me to park on the street due to other tenants staying in the same unit, plus he also mentioned that he had pets in the backyard, so the backyard was restricted! I wanted my own place, peace and quiet, no dogs or other people but that's not what's taking place here and the host Carlos didn't tell me until the day before my booking. I'm requesting a full refund for my booking due to the fact that the host did not mention in his ad that there were other tenants staying on property and there also shouldn't be dogs on property restricting the whole premises. Thank you
