Just 12 mins from DT Denver, a short walk to the G-Line, our 4BR, 3BA home is perfect for hosting a celebration, catching a Rockies game, or just staying in to soak in the hot tub it was made for gathering & relaxing.

Great house with plenty of space for everyone! Had 9 ppl including 2 grand kid aged 2 & 4. Backyard was perfect for them to play when we were at the house. Excellent location with easy access to the zoo, aquarium and water park. Lots of nice parks in the area too. Quiet neighborhood and all the amenities you would expect! I would happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay. The property is conveniently located near everywhere we visited—even a nearby tennis court! The beds were great, backyard a wonderful escape, and the entire house just what we needed.

The house was perfect for four couples! The owner let us drop our bags off early so we could enjoy the day without carrying our luggage around so that was super helpful! House was very clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone!!!

My wife and I along with our youngest son, his wife and their three boys. And our son-in-law and four of his children and a boyfriend joined us in Denver for our oldest grandsons wedding. We all arrived on Thursday afternoon and were able to check in early which was so helpful for all of us to get cleaned up and dressed for a 6:00pm rehearsal dinner. After the dinner we returned to our accommodation and the grandkids enjoyed the hot tub. Three of the grandsons loved sleeping in the cove as it was unique and a fun place to sleep. Because of our busy wedding activities we didn’t have a lot of time to just kick back at our vrbo but the time spent there was wonderful. The ping pong table in the garage was also a hit. I would highly recommend this vrbo to any family gathering or a group of friends to join together and relax in this beautiful, clean and well decorated home. You will love it!

This was a fun house with enough space, seating, and bathrooms to accommodate our large family! We loved the outdoor space and my son loved the kids nook. Something to consider if you’re traveling with babies or elders is the home is very split level with two flights of stairs. Overall great stay!

This house has been the most amazing find in the Denver area! The home was beautiful and provided supplies you usually forget. Example: toiletries hair dryer kitchen supplies and seasonings! The amenities are far superior that staying at a hotel! Not to mention the hot tub was perfect for resting our tired muscles from hiking. Will absolutely book again next time we come to Denver!

Had 3 couples, it’s perfect for bedroom + private bath setup! Backyard is a cool setup for a nice dinner outside with the lights, playing bags and hammocking. Very clean. Definitely a good choice for a Red Rocks weekend vacay only 20 min Uber away. Would recommend.

Our stay at the ames house was wonderful! The property was exactly as pictured. The house comfortably fit our group with a big couch and hangout area upstairs as well as a big table for dining and games upstairs. The back yard was also beautiful and fun to hang out in. The beds were super comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with and check in / check out was very easy. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Super cute house, love the split layout for entertaining which made hosting a 2 day birthday event fun! Plenty of beds so there was no unnecessary driving. Everything about the property was perfect. Immaculately clean and well stocked. I've stayed at resorts that were not as preared as this property. Having a property manager next door was super handy. The Hot Tub was having issues but, he was able to fix it quickly and had it up and running in no time. Safe and quiet neighborhood. I forgot my purse in the front seat of my unlocked car and it was there in the morning. Definitely recommend this host and property!

I couldn’t have chosen a better home for my friends ski trip. The hosts were very responsive and the home lived up to expectations. Home is in a convenient area as well, near the freeway and grocery stores.

A group of our friends stayed two nights at this property so we could have fast access to Denver for the beer festival. Perfect space for people to have their own rooms, nice bathrooms (3 full baths), a well-appointed kitchen, massive couch to hang together, games in the garage (ping pong, foosball, cornhole) and a hot tub (though we didn't use it - it looked great). We loved everything about it. The bedding was great, quality towels, all the conveniences we needed. We hope to book this again for next year! 20 minutes from Denver - quick drive to downtown Arvada, 25 minutes from Red Rocks. The owners did a wonderful job making this a space that is welcoming and comfortable.

This is one of those few times in life that the reality of the place actually lives up to the expectations that you set from seeing the listing photos. The house and details are exactly as described in the listing. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Some places have crazy to-do lists for check-out that you only learn about after arrival. Not this one. I think the list was 4 items, and one of those was a reminder not to forget your stuff. The house was extremely clean and Brandy has thought of everything that you might need during your stay. Even connecting to the wifi network was as simple as scanning a QR code. They have a handy guide that gives you info about the area and potential things to do. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you might need. As someone who is a detailed planner, I appreciated the little extras that they thought of to make the stay as fun and easy as possible. The backyard was a great spot to chill, and it, as well as the house in general, was surprisingly quiet for being close to a main road. The ping-pong table and foosball table are in great condition. There was a cornhole set as well. I didn't get in, but I was told the jacuzzi was great too. My friends and I had a wonderful time at Brandy's place and I would absolutely recommend it!

We only stayed 45 minutes, because the smell in the house was so strong of smoke and mold, and we’re not sure what else. our eyes were watering, and our throats were stinging. The front yard was mostly thistles instead of grass, the temp in the house was 80 degrees, and the only toilet we tried to use did not work. we had a very hard time finding hotel rooms on short notice, but we absolutely could not stay in this house.
