A coffee maker helps you start your day off right, while the hot plate/pot combo offers flexibility for grilling, steaming, or cooking simple meals. A small set of dishes, utensils, and cookware is also provided, making it easy to whip up a quick bite. Please note that the kitchenette is best suited for light, one-pot cooking.

The bathroom is a comfortable retreat, featuring a single sink and a tub/shower combination, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Ample counter space and a well-lit mirror make getting ready a breeze.

Amazon package/grocery delivery is permitted and comes to the door.

Plenty of parking is available in the complex. None of the following types of vehicles are allowed: (1) commercial vans or other commercial vehicles of any kind, (2) any vehicles larger than one ton, and
(3) boats, off-road motorcycles, campers, camper shells, trailers of any kind, motor homes, or other similar recreational vehicles of any type.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This property is a 30-day minimum rental. Mid-stay inspections are required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.
