WONDERFUL AMENITIES. With 4 bedrooms, this home is large enough to share with family or friends for several nights or weeks in the mountains!

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION. Gorgeous mountain views- close to Red Rocks, hiking, rafting, and downtown Denver. Ski resorts such as Breckenridge and Loveland are just 75 min drive away.

The Space:
Beautiful mountain views await you in this rustic yet modern home. Professionally designed with a local artist flair, you’ll love the unique custom-made live edge wood dining table and beautiful furniture and artwork around ‘The Mountain Dream.'

We are conveniently located just 15 minutes from charming Downtown Evergreen where shops, restaurants and breweries await. There's the beautiful Lake Evergreen with year-round sports and activities. Enjoy skating and ice fishing in the winter, canoeing and paddling in the summer. You are also an easy drive to Idaho Springs (20 min), Denver (30 min), Red Rocks Amphitheater and Trails (25 min,) Denver (30 min) and several ski resorts (45 min- 1 hour 15 min. The house is just 5 mi from 1-70, so very convenient to get to and to use as a jump off point for other adventuring.

As a mountain property, we recommend a 4 WHEEL DRIVE vehicle, during snowy months.

ACCOMODATIONS
MAIN LEVEL:
Bedroom #1, (Master) King Bed
This bedroom is spacious with a four poster King Bed and expansive mountain views, with an attached Master Bathroom featuring a beautiful tiled shower, double sink and heated floors.

Bedroom #2, Queen Bed
This bright and colorfully decorated bedroom has a Queen sized bed and shares access to the Master Bathroom.

This floor also features a well appointed full kitchen, living, and dining rooms. The floor plan is open and bright, airy with sweeping mountain views from the expansive windows.

Enjoy meals together or work on a puzzle on the custom-built oversized live edge wood table with seating for 8, plus 4 seats at the kitchen bar. The Living Room has a comfortable, large couch that could sleep 1 adult or 2 smaller children. There’s a cozy fireplace, board games and flat screen TV. The Main Level also opens to a large upper deck with expansive mountain views, and additional dining and seating areas. There is also another half bath on the main floor.

DOWNSTAIRS LEVEL:
Bedroom #3, King Bed
This room with funky, modern decor (bike themed) has a King Bed. Plug in and charge your devices easily in one of the bedside lamps!

Bedroom #4, King Bed
This room has a King size bed, funky mid mod century styling and a desk at a window with mountain views.

Pull-out Queen sized sofa
The downstairs level also features a large great room with a queen sized sleeper sofa that can sleep 2 adults.

There is also a full bath on this floor, and a great room with a ping pong table and flat screen TV. The views of the backyard on this level are also stunning and we often see chipmunks, deer and even foxes in the backyard.

There's a washer and dryer on the downstairs level for your convenience.

PET POLICY
Note that we are a pet-friendly home. We have a fenced-in pet area to the side of the house just perfect for your fur babies to enjoy.

Please note-
We allow a Maximum of 3 pets. Must be under 50 lbs, over 1 year old, house broken, quiet, up to date on vaccinations, and crated any time the owners are absent.

There is a $125 pet fee to cover additional cleaning costs.

Should any damage to furniture, carpet or home be caused by a pet, the guest will be expected to remedy/charged accordingly.

NON-SMOKING HOME

This is a non-smoking home, including 420. Smoking is not permitted inside OR outside of the home (due to the current wildfire risk in Colorado.) The homeowner is severely allergic to smoke. If this is not a good fit for you, please do NOT book this home. Cleaning costs of $1000 for ozonation/smoke remediation will be charged to any guest who doesn’t follow this policy.

MOUNTAIN WILDLIFE
As a mountain property, we have beautiful wildlife. Note that in the house it’s not uncommon to encounter critters such as crickets, spiders and mice. Please store food in plastic containers.

Please be mindful of neighbors - noise travels in the mountains. Please no outdoor music/loud noises after 10pm.

Guest Access:
We recommend driving in Evergreen. As a mountain property located on Floyd Hill, a 4 WHEEL DRIVE vehicle is recommended.

The house is only minutes from 1-70 and easy to navigate to and very conveniently located in a beautiful, private neighborhood in the mountains. A short drive from the center of Evergreen, this area offers all the adventure and beauty of the Rocky Mountains while still being only 30 minutes from Denver & less than 1 hr from Boulder. You're also close to the Red Rocks Amphitheater & Park and only 1 hour from popular ski resorts.

The area offers bistros, breweries, coffee shops, boutiques, and more - plus you're only minutes from popular hiking, biking, skiing, and other mountain activity areas!

Getting Around:
You'll want a car to get around Evergreen. Note that as a mountain property, a 4 WHEEL DRIVE vehicle is recommended.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome! We charge $125 fee for the stay for additional cleaning. The pet fee will be collected after you reserve, prior to checkin. Please notify us when you reserve that you have pets.

Check in is at 3PM. When checkin is ready, you will be texted the door lock code.

As we accommodate strict cleaning standards and new guests checking in, we require on time checkout. Any Late checkout will incur a $25 fee per 20 minutes.
