This was a great apartment next to Union Station. Very accessible and walkable. The unit was in great condition, well stocked, and clean. The amenities at the complex were fantastic. I had a pool table, and fitness facility, and even free coffee during the weekdays. A hot tub was a little too hot and the pool was just a little too cold but otherwise great stay. The host was easy to get a hold of and communicated well. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time exploring Denver and the surrounding areas with our son who recently relocated there. The property was perfectly located and was just what we needed. We were too busy to use all the amenities but saw them as we headed out on our adventures. Loved that the train station was so close which made it convenient to go to the airport. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment was perfect and conveniently located across from Union Station. The amenities were amazing-hot tub, pool, pool table, shuffleboard, a gym, work space, secure parking, etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Chris was not only responsive, he went above and beyond. He let us know that we could check-in early and personally met us when we had an issue (completely operator error, nothing wrong with the place). We would absolutely stay there again!

EXACTLY as listed - super clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to have a few meals in. Plenty of towels, appreciated washer/dryer. We were easily able to walk to/from Union Station (arrived/departed Amtrak) and took advantage of a couple city tours that met there. Coors Field was an easy 5-minute walk. Tons of restaurants, bars and shopping within a few blocks radius. Whole Foods was just a short elevator ride below us. The amenities of the complex itself were great - Pool & hot tub, pool table, community BBQ's and cooking areas, and so much more. Super quiet apartment in a very comfortable neighborhood that you can easily walk 24 hours a day. Chris was extremely interactive and a great source of information on the area. Besides just sightseeing in the immediate area, it was a great location for a day trip to Estes Park, and sightseeing the Rockies.

This apartment was in a perfect location for our vacation which included a Bronco game, Elich Gardens, Meow Wolf, and a Cirque du Soleil show. We either took the light rail which is a block from the apartment or rode the Lime scooters along the river trail. Having a Whole Foods and CVS just downstairs was really convenient and we enjoyed the outdoor pool. Because this is an urban apartment, make sure you arrange with the host ahead of time if you need parking.

I had a great stay at this VRBO in downtown Denver! The location was ideal — close to restaurants and shops, which made exploring the city super convenient. The unit was very clean, well-equipped, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.The owner was extremely responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth from start to finish.One small hiccup was the confusion around the building layout. The check-in instructions did mention which tower the unit was in, but I didn’t realize there were multiple towers in the complex, so I initially went to the wrong one. A heads-up about that in the listing or instructions would’ve made arrival a bit easier.Overall, I’d definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again!
