Let me start by saying the front desk staff was wonderful and attentive. They were respectful, welcoming, and quickly addressed an issue we had. However, the property needs work. The elevator has a weird ring/rattle sound to it, you can definitely tell people are smoking in the rooms on the first floor because the odor is a little strong. The bed and pillows are very poor quality. We had down pillows our first night and woke up with severe allergies, congested, sneezy, itchy sinus, and post nasal drip. We requested different pillows and the staff actually recleaned and turned down the room which was appreciated. The new pillows were still poor quality and we still woke up feeling bad every morning but the non-down pillows helped a little. I know it was the room because an hour after leaving every day I would feel immediately better up until coming back and then within 30 minutes I was starting to feel the same reaction. Parking is easy, the hotel is convenient to a lot of things such as restaurants, a target, and coffee shops. Overall it wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t stay here again for my own health and the sake of my back pain from the beds.

The sink fell out in our room so we had to get moved to another room and they wanted to charge us the $50 deposit fee for the room being damaged and dirty. It’s not my fault that THE HOTELS sink fell out and fell out of the cabinets almost on to my 1 and 2 year old son and daughter and then want to change me a fee for the room being messed up. That’s not ok with me at all. The manager didn’t call to explain these details they had one of the front desk employees call me and tell me I’m getting charged but couldn’t give me the reason why. Very unprofessional.

The only complaint I had was that the beds were hard as a rock and the pillows felt as if they were stuffed with plastic bags. I love dogs but if someone is allergic this property might be questionable due to seeing a dog inside everytime we were out of the room.

The housekeeper skipped us twice because we were not ready when they passed by, which was pretty early, so not very pleased with that.
