“We were not given our room reservation we got 1 queen instead of 2 beds and were told too bad there wasn’t a 2 bed with patio left, even though i reserved it MONTHS AGO. There are zero amenities except the mini fridge in the room but there’s no microwave so it’s kind of pointless. No restaurant is open before 4:00 just room service (which is more like DoorDash and they charge you a couple of fees to bring it) I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“After a late night check in, I went upstairs to find a double queen room despite booking a king room. Headed back to the front desk and they were able to move me to an accessible king room. Frustrating back and forth for a late night arrival where my priority was getting to sleep in the room class I'd booked. The lobby is refreshed and newer. Both rooms were pretty dated. Bed was worn and not particularly comfortable, although I've found Marriott to be pretty hit or miss on mattress quality...
