The property was dirty with several abandoned cars in the back where my room was. The room had no character and felt and looked like a prison cell. There weren't even any towels when I arrived. I ended up moving hotels.

Room lock required reprogramming. Staff was helpful and nice, but this was very inconvenient. A stairwell was out of service. Room had been previously abused, ie cigarette burns, etc.

The room smelled terrible. I tried using fan mode on the unit but that didn't help. You could see outside, there was a gap between the door and the floor. They wouldn't let me check in 30 minutes early because they were cleaning. I went to Walmart and came back. Not sure what they think is clean, but there were loads of grime in the corners that haven't been touched in quite some time. There was no comforter. They had a thin blanket with a stained up sheet over that. They advertised free coffee in the mornings. But had no creamer and no attempt at obtaining any. There were homeless people walking the street and the bagel shop next door. When I was in the office trying to get coffee someone was on the phone trying to get a refund. The employee said only managers can give refunds and because the manager has multiple properties they needed to try and call at 9am on Wednesdays. That was their only solution. I would be livid if I couldn't talk to a manager for a refund! That is not how business is done. My door lock only worked part of the time. I used the latch inside and a few door stoppers. I paid an extra $10 for the "nicer" room with a microwave and small fridge. Well you have to unplug the tv to use the microwave because there aren't enough outleets. The entire place seems like a cash grab. Owner does not care about the employees or customers.

Dont stay here. Staff is rude, room is dirty and smells like cigarettes. Shower didn’t work. Feels really unsafe. Go somewhere else.

Lady at front desk the older lady she was very rude said she did not like the way I book my reservation then said I didn’t have reservation and I did she was just unable to work with the people who I booked they said she did not want me to stay there and I am not from here so I don’t know why this women did not like me I ended up having to find a new room in the middle of the night and it’s was very stressful and overwhelming and I wish that on no one poor service poor customer care

When I was checking out, the staff and housekeeping were extremely Norma (front desk) to be exact was rushing me and threatening to call police for no reason and then said I can't rent there anymore, when before that I spoke with another staff member and she was okay with me packing my things and knew my situation. They were also extremely rude to my mother who was just there to help me pack up and check out. Also they had me in a room that had no working heater or air conditioning and I was being charged full price when I actually found out that i was supposed to be paying $75 flat because I had no working heater or air conditioning. Everyday I was being charged and extra $15-$20. Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Well everyone is very friendly on property and very convenient for food options and Walmart nextdoor . Cleanies around the property is dirty on actually property some of the guest don't respect the property they leave dog feses I've seen people throw there trash out of the car into the parking area and drive off . I feel sorry for staff at this location because they have to put up with a lot of crap .

My only concern was I have just went to the store and perched a bag of groceries and the maid came in to do a cleaning through the bag of groceries away 60 bucks down the drain . Disappointed in this sinces I'm on a budget .

Front Desk staff is always helpful and honestly just doing their job, they try and make things work with whatever your needs might be. I understand sometimes it gets frustrating getting told what you don't want to hear, but I do understand it's their job. Nevertheless Jovon, Norma, Rob and I want to say Ashley I'm probably wrong I hope she don't see this and hate me lol but they all are always so helpful so nice super friendly and have always shown nothing but great hospitality to me and my dog (Sparkplug) Thanks for being an awesome team!!!
