You’ll have essentials like an equipped kitchen, coffee, cozy beds + special touches like 2 outdoor lounges, a private yard, and a spacious movie room. This spot is perfect for families looking for ambiance, hikes from the doorstep, & mountain views. Neighborhood is scenic & quiet, walkable to Waverly Acres park trails, yet an easy drive to the city (20min to Den or Boulder).

KIDS
Send your kids out the patio door to play in a completely enclosed backyard. Or head to the nearby Waverly Acres Park, Westminster Park & the Butterfly Pavilion for nearby adventures. For your smallest ones, we provide a Pack ‘N’ Play, infant bath and a high chair.

DOGS
Well-behaved pets (dogs only; limit of 2) are invited to stay with a $75 pet fee. Please disclose dogs in your reservation request. In the kitchen, you’ll find a stainless steel food/water bowl set and a tin of dog treats for your friend.

MOVIE ROOM
Smart TV projects on an entire wall with your entertainment of choice via Hulu, including ESPN & Disney+ OR log into your personal apps. As well as a Ms Pacman & Galaga arcade.

LIVING ROOM
Smart TV for your entertainment of choice via Hulu, including ESPN & Disney+ or log into your personal apps.

KITCHEN/DINING
Drip and French press coffee options.
Dishes for regular dining and a set for kids/patio, mixing bowls, pots, pans, and cooking utensils for at-home meals. Some spices and condiments available. Use the dishwasher, garbage disposal, and cleaning supplies under the sink, as needed. The dining table comfortably seats 8.

BACK YARD
Large fully gated backyard for kids and pets to wander safely. Two patios, the upper for lounging, the lower for dining. Adirondack chairs overlooking the mountains surrounding lovely fire table.

WORK AREA
Large desk for dedicated work space. Fast Wi-Fi & natural light next to the upstairs patio door make this an ideal work spot.

LAUNDRY
Use the washer and dryer for doing laundry or extra storage as needed.

GARAGE
Before arrival, you’ll receive a code for the garage.

DOG RULES
-Dogs must be potty trained
-Dogs must be up to date on rabies + all other vaccinations
-Dogs must treated with a flea and tick repellent which is effective during the entire reservation
-Dogs must be contained in a kennel if left home alone or unsupervised. We provide 2 XL wire kennels (48Lx30Wx32H) with a waterproof pad that is easy to clean
-Clean paws when dogs come in from the yard (keep carpets clean)
-Keep dogs off furniture including indoor/outdoor couches and beds
-Clean up pet refuse completely. There is a dog waste station in the yard.
- Any damages must be reported immediately to the host.
-Extra fees will be charged for damages or negligence with pet cleanup (e.g. couches/carpet need to be cleaned).

Fun Denver spot

Such a great little house. The owner was so nice. We had a little issue and she came right away to fix it. So thankful for their time. The house was amazing and house has plenty of space and opportunities. So much around the house to take in and enjoy. Short drive to boulder and so many other activities.

Colorado Family Reunion

This home was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities of our own homes. It was a great location to launch from to enjoy our day trips to the sites around Denver. It was plenty roomy for everyone. Our host was so accommodating with all communication. I think that this could be our most favorite place yet!

Sooo much room!

We have two families staying here. No feeling. Cramped here. Kids had their own area for tv and games. Adults had their own tv area as well. Quiet neighborhood, driveway and garage parking. Near all major stores and highway. A must stay for people wanting a safe place with space for all.

Wonderful accommodations

Amy's home is beautiful, clean, spacious and can accommodate a large group. The kitchen has everything you would need to make your own meals. She provides coffee which is a bonus. The backyard is beautifully landscaped for outdoor dining or sitting by the gas firepit. The loft has a projection TV and comfy seating. The Pac-Man game was a hit with my nephews and adults. Centrally located between Boulder and Denver. Easy access to the Boulder Turnpike. Many restaurants and shops nearby. A wonderful stay for us all.

Great location. Comfortable house

Great place for a family to gather. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked with necessary items. Good outdoor space but we had rain everyday so didn’t have the opportunity to use it. Close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Great green belt surrounding the neighborhood. Communication with property manager was quick! Highly recommend this property.

Daughter’s Wedding

This home was perfect for our combined family to call home for the week of my daughter’s wedding. The home had 5 full bedrooms and 3 full baths, plus two living space, two decks, and a full stocked & labeled kitchen. We all enjoyed our time at the house and loved our walks across the street to the open space trails where we saw prairie dogs, rabbits, and bald eagles (a dangerous combination). The trails were endless and had a glorious view of the surrounding mountains. The upstairs living space hosted a projector for movies, a comfy sectional couch, bean bag chairs, and a video game with Pac-Man & Galaga (my husband’s fav). The air conditioned was a welcome reprieve after a hot day, as was the outdoor space in the early mornings and late afternoons as a place for our family to reconnect. The host, Amy, was very responsive and communicative leading up to and during our stay. I look forward to another opportunity to boom this home for future stays with my fam.

Midway

Overall we enjoyed staying, house was the perfect size and setup for our little ones and in laws. Was nice to have jogging/ walking trails right out the front door. Only negative was to do anything we had to drive everywhere, all destinations approx 20-30min. Still though, conveniently central to Denver and Boulder. Really good communication with the owners and the house delivered for our needs to reunite with family. Cheers!

Perfect family get away

This property was fantastic and Amy was a wonderful host. House was beautiful and clean with plenty of space for everybody. Amy was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked and labeled which is a huge plus. We would stay here again.

Awesome house for a big group

Despite the neighborhood being a little run down, the house itself was great! The location was quiet, right next to a small trail, and there was ample parking room. Inside, it could very comfortably sleep 10. The spaces were very modern and clean, and the kitchen was ample in space/tooling available, and even included some base stock of ingredients. The social spaces had plenty of (comfy) seating, and the projector upstairs was a nice touch. Wifi speed/throughput was great. Literally the only complaint I have is how the first level stays consistently colder in the winter, but that is somewhat mitigated by leaving the fan on to circulate air, or cooking in the kitchen. There are also plenty of blankets, and half of the first floor is carpeted. If you go in winter, i suggest bringing some house slippers. Overall a fantastic rental - I will absolutely stay here again if I have any decent excuse.

Great house for a traveling family with infant!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property in Westminster. The house, which is located in a cute older neighborhood, was immaculate and complete with anything a traveling family could need. The backyard was perfect for our group with multiple levels including a fire pit, dining table and beautiful view of the mountains. Amy, the host, responded within minutes to every question or request and even asked a neighbor to hang on to a package that was delivered for us before we arrived. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone needing a place to stay in the Denver area.

Perfect stay between Denver and Boulder

We were in town for my sister's wedding. Most of the events were in Denver and the wedding was in Boulder. This house is convenient to both locations as well as Red Rocks and the front range. The house is recently remodeled, nicely decorated, and has all of the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The host is helpful and communicative. The neighborhood is cute and convenient. The little slice of mountain view is beautiful. Everything was as advertised or better. I highly recommend!

Graduation stay

This worked perfectly for what we needed. We were here for CU Boulder graduation. Eight people slept in the house and we all had beds. We had a few more people stay over for one night and still had space between the queen blow up mattress and the couch. There were plenty of towels (bath, hand and washcloth) for everyone. Kitchen was great. Lots of dishes and cookware, plus basic cooking spices. Very roomy. Bathrooms were clean and had lots of drawers to store items as needed. Bedroom closets had lots of hangers and the luggage racks were perfect for the suitcases. Beds are also very comfy. The loft area had the movie projector and was fun to watch TV or hockey playoff games. Back patio was roomy and comfortable for all of us to hang and relax. Location was perfect for us. Easy to get to Campus but also close to places hear Denver. Shopping and restaurants very.close. Definitely recommend this place if you have a large group!

Comfortable and quiet!

The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 kids. We used this as a home base while visiting family. There is a playground just steps away, and we enjoyed the Butterfly Pavillion as well as easy access to walking trails and other local activities.
