NEW! Modern 4 Level Home - 25 Minutes To DT Denver

Our gorgeous modern cityscape-built home is the perfect combination of elegant, classy, state of the art, cozy, & modern design. Perfect for business or travel with friends & family. SUPER FAST WIFI & rooftop fire pit and chill area. Within 5-10 minutes to major shopping centers (Target, Ikea, Walmart, etc.) and only 25 minutes away from downtown Denver! Our home is fully stocked! We have everything you need for your vacation or business trip allowing you to still feel the comforts of home!
The space
For travelers looking to get out of the house and stay somewhere safe and comfortable with friends, family, or possibly co-workers looking to work in a beautiful workspace, with the feeling of home, we are your place!
Guest access
You will access the home from either the garage or the front door (when you first arrive you will have to go through the front door). By doing so, there is an electronic keypad to enter our home on the front door. You will access the back of the house/garage from the shared driveway with the other homes around you. Specific directions to find our place will be provided closer to CHECK-IN. Our home is in the middle of two others and we will let you know which house is on the corner to find ours easier when you book with us. There is also a home security system that you will be provided instructions to.
Other things to note
You can enjoy 2 different outside areas. The front patio just outside of the living room , and the rooftop is a cozy & chill area with seating for two and a firepit. We can assure you that no matter where you are in the house you will have access to blazing fast wireless internet connection (whether you are on the roof or in the garage). We know how important it is to have fast and dependable service.

Amazing home in a great location

This property is beautiful! The rooftop with the firepit is very relaxing. My only complaint with this property was the amenities. There were no plates, no can opener, and no oven mitts. It was difficult to cook. If you are eating out and want a home base this property is perfect!

Good location, close to Denver

The beginning of the trip was very stressful. We did not receive the check in instructions for the property and were unable to contact the host. After spending multiple hours on the phone with VRBO they did book us a hotel for the night while they tried to contact the host. The hotel that they booked for us was horrible. We did not receive any refund for the first night even though we were unable to stay there. The host did contact me after we had already checked into the hotel later that night with check in directions. After check in the host was prompt getting back with us with any questions. The property was very clean and in a great area. Very safe and easy to get in and out of. The main floor bedrooms bed was broken so one of us had to sleep on the couch in the living room. They provided a ton of things that we needed but had no plates or can opener so make sure you bring these items. We were in town for a conference in Denver and it was very easy to get back and forth to Denver.
