We stayed Thursday through Sunday, and unfortunately the experience did not match the listing or the approximately 1,000 price.There was trash piled up in the garage when we arrived, and I had to notify the homeowner. Only then did she ask to enter the property because the HOA could fine her if the trash cans were left out. This should have been communicated and handled proactively, especially if access was needed for an early-morning trash run after guests had already checked in.The listing advertises four TVs, but only the living room TV and one in the office worked. After I reported this, the owner said she would check with the cleaner about the missing remotes/drives. More than 24 hours later, I had to follow up myself, and the issue was never resolved.We also found a crack in the wall/door frame of a guest bedroom, and the smoke alarm in that room was completely missing, which was very concerning.The home photographs well, but the lack of working advertised amenities, safety concerns, and poor communication made this stay disappointing. For the price, we expected much better preparation and responsiveness.
