This 2,760 sq ft Arvada home was crafted for the group that wants more than just a place to sleep: warm wood tones, intentional design, and outdoor spaces that look as good in person as they do in photos. Whether you're here for a Red Rocks weekend, a family reunion, or a Colorado adventure, this is your home base — with direct access to Ralston Creek Trail right through the back gate, 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and 25 minutes to downtown Denver.

Soak in the heated hot tub (set year-round to a steady 101°F), unwind in the outdoor barrel sauna, gather around the fire pit under the Colorado sky, or settle in for movie night in the private theater room. With 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 16, three and a half bathrooms, and a downstairs game room built to impress, there's space for everyone to spread out — and plenty of reasons to come back together.

THE BATHROOMS — 3.5 Baths

Three full bathrooms stocked with hotel-grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, and hair dryers, plus plush bathrobes for the sauna and hot tub. A half bath features a distinctive mustard-yellow vanity. The master en-suite is private to the second-floor bedroom and features a rain shower.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE

The backyard is the feature. An elevated composite deck with black metal railing sets the stage for the hot tub (guests control the jets and lights), the outdoor barrel sauna, a yoga mat and foam roller, a hanging egg chair, and a bistro table — a full outdoor wellness setup just steps from the back door.

Down on the patio: a gas fire pit ringed by 8 Adirondack chairs under overhead string lights, an outdoor dining table that seats the full group, a gas BBQ grill, and a fenced yard with cornhole and giant Jenga. The property backs directly to open greenbelt and Ralston Creek — no neighbors behind you, just trail and open sky. The Ralston Creek Trail is right through the back gate.

GAME ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT

The main living room features a large blue sectional, armchairs, built-in shelving with terracotta backing, and a curated gallery wall of Colorado nature photography. A cozy reading nook with a vintage vinyl record player is set up for slower evenings.

Downstairs, the game and entertainment room was designed to impress: a full pool table with leather bucket pockets, dual-hoop pop-a-shot, two Arcade1Up cabinets loaded with 26 classic games (Pac-Man, Galaga, Mortal Kombat II, and more), a dart set, XO felt wall game, and a custom wood bar with an illuminated marquee sign and gold bar stools. A large Rangewell Retreat mountain mural anchors the space. Movie nights happen in the adjacent theater room, lined with framed movie posters and anchored by a deep corduroy sectional with ottomans.

THE KITCHEN & DINING

A fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops makes group cooking easy. The Cuisinart coffee maker handles pods, a full 12-cup carafe, or cold brew over ice — coffee is provided, no morning arguments. Blender, toaster, microwave, and filled spice racks with cooking oil are all stocked and ready. The main dining table seats the full group, with a separate round breakfast table for four and additional counter bar stool seating.
