The property and staff were very nice and some of the best in the area. What i didn't like is the checkout and not being able to pinpoint charges at that time, just a total amount. This was also delivered with a ? from the front desk. It will show up on your card statement is not a good answer.

The hotel staff were great. Very welcoming and helpful! The elevators were terrifying and would often scroll through floors…doors would open, but no one was there. The room was okay looking. However the carpet looked like it had been there since the 90s and was dirty. The bathtub was also dirty. Great location if you want to explore downtown Denver!

Location, staff, were excellent... although we did schedule housekeeping which theyvsaid was going to come at 10am, didnt show up till 3pm... also for a building with 21 floors and only 2 out of 5 elevators working was at least a 5-10 minute wait...

Hotel was really nice but they didn’t clean above the bed and I found a dead moth and lots of dust but not a huge deal. Also parking is almost 50 for the night absolutely outrageous but there’s a parking garage right behind it that charges $7 on weekends which is way more reasonable. Overall the hotel was pretty nice with the exception of some of the ghetto people staying there.

4 elevators and 1-2 worked periodically. It took almost 20 minutes to get from the 9th floor to the first floor. The TV and internet barely worked. The walls are paper thin and we heard every toilet flushing and guests walking through the hallways

I noticed an old piece of soap that they did removed from the shower shelf, and when I was preparing my bed to sleep, I found a nail between the sheets. I didn't clip mine, and it was disgusting.

In all did not have a great experience here, compared to better alternatives near by. I do not wish to bash this hotel however I would not recommend this one, unfortunately. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left it was not great, and I do not try to be complicated myself but there were inconveniences that no one should experience.

It was a nice place, however everything was so expensive. Parking, over priced dinner and breakfast buffet was super expensive. Maybe that's normal, I don't stay in these types of places often.

Beautiful place on the outside and warm and inviting on the inside. However, the staff was extremely rude and unwelcoming and my room was a mess. There was gum stuck to the wall behind my bathroom trash can, one of the water bottles left in my room was half finished, and there was no fitted sheet on my bed so I just had to lay on the top sheet and use the itchy comforter alone. Served it’s purpose for the night, but would absolutely not recommend.

Parking was free which was great for downtown. The staff was not very friendly as noted by other reviewers. If that doesn’t bother you then I’d recommend staying here!

Great property for the price and location but not what I would call a 4 star hotel. The bathroom had either freezing water or boiling water. Luckily I was here only for two nights. The TV only had local limited channels with not very good signal. So pretty much imagine you have no TV to be honest. Location is great! Parking was not hard to find.

The staff were absolutely amazing! They recommended some good restaurants in the area and even gave us some discount coupons to some of them. Considering it was downtown everything was walkable and if there was a place that wasn't, the electric scooters came in handy. They have their own dedicated parking garage that only costs $49 a night. The parking garage was really convenient!
