Welcome to our cozy studio in the heart of Greenwood Village located minutes from DTC, restaurants, shopping, trails and many beautiful parks. The studio comfortably sleeps one person in a full size bed but could potentially host two guests. The space has a full bathroom, a walk in closet, fresh linens and seating for relaxing, reading a book or watching some TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, a small sink and a Keurig Coffee Machine with pods.

*This unit is on the second floor. You must be comfortable with a flight of stairs.
*Please be respectful of your neighbors. This unit has an adjoining unit so you may hear noise.
*Need more space? The adjoining unit is a one bed one bath condo with a full kitchen, dining area and living room. Please reach out and we would be happy to check availability for you.
*No pets allowed
*No parties or loud noise allowed
*Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in any of our units. There will be an additional $350 charge to deodorize the condo. We do not manage the other condos in that specific building so you may smell smoke outside your unit.
*Pool is seasonal ONLY and will be open sometime in May to early September.
*There will be a charge for missing remotes and other items.
*Accidents happen so please let us know so we can replace it and have the condo ready for the next guest.
