The location is near downtown Denver. my fiancé & I stayed there for about four days. The place is very comfy and relaxing. This is a back house, but the owner of the front house is very nice. The area has a lot of places to go to eat. the area was very quiet and there was a lot of space to park near the house. overall, the place was a 10 out of 10.

Excellent Carriage House

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy and sunny little place. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. On street parking was easy and the location was convenient. Highly recommended!

Wonderful

Very nice modern property with just what we needed. Perfect location in Sunnyside, a grea area to base out of for going downtown and into the foothills. Would stay here again!

Just what we needed for a short stay visiting Red Rocks for milestone anniversary. Close proximity to everything (downtown Denver, airport, Red Rocks). Nice neighborhood; appreciate the amenities.

Would stay here again!

The listing is just as described and the pictures are accurate. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the local restaurants. The Radiator down the street was an amazing breakfast/lunch cafe with a bar too! We would stay here again, no question.

Sweet Carriage House

Perfect for two! King bed very comfortable and place was very clean. Didn't hear a peep from main house, owner or dog and it is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Parking easy.

Great little place

The neighborhood was nice, and the actual place was nice, clean, and comfy. The only issue i had was that the toilet was making water noises the whole time i was there, not super loud but definitely audible. I would definitely stay here again 5 stars

Cool space close to my parents

This is a great space for the spouse and I to crash at while visiting my parents in the neighborhood. It is quiet and comfortable and you feel like you do have your own little house in Denver. It is easy on and off the interstate but also close to downtown and so much that goes on in the area. Plus plus plus! It is dog friendly.

Cute Weekend Getaway

Overall this property served its purpose for us- it was clean, in a relatively safe feeling neighborhood, and was comfortable for the 4 nights we spent here! Our only complaint is how close the carriagehouse is to the main house and neighboring houses, which isn’t really shown in pictures. Otherwise my husband, dog, and I enjoyed our stay here and will likely keep this place in mind for future visits!

Great location, private spot

Communication was excellent before, during and after the trip. On Street parking was great. Location was perfect, easy to get to highway, walk to breakfast at Bacon Social or Starbucks. House was small but very accommodating. No stove/oven but had everything else. Bed was very comfortable. Had a wonderful experience here.

Beautiful guesthouse

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this wonderfully compact and efficient little house. There was no one in the main house during our stay so it was wonderfully private. We enjoyed sitting in the sun in the pretty backyard. Just a note: if you are looking for the fridge when you first walk in, it is behind the barn door that separates the living space from the bedroom. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Great Location!

Great hosts. Whenever we had a question they were very quick to respond and help out. We stayed for 5 days and had a great stay. We really liked the location. The neighbourhood is safe and it was cool just to see all the different houses with both new and old architecture around. It was close to everything and we enjoyed exploring the city! The place is well put together and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We would definitely come back again! It was overall a great experience and we fell in love with Denver.

Cute space

This place was super cute, tucked away near the Highlands and very close to the freeway. The area was safe, secure and full of character. It had everything you would need if your plans are to be out an about. The only thing i wish there was some closet space to use, it was full of extra bedding/linens- so maybe this was a one time thing. Otherwise it was a perfect space for us as we made day trips to different mountains to hike.
