The Foundry House | Eclectic 5BR Family Retreat

Experience bold style and ample space to unwind in this one-of-a-kind retreat. Designed with modern, eclectic flair—think curated art, mixed textures, and industrial-chic finishes—every room offers something unexpected. Two fully equipped kitchens make hosting effortless, while the expansive open layout and lower-level rec room provide space to gather or unwind. Outside, enjoy a sprawling backyard with lawn games, grill, and hot tub. A truly unforgettable home base between Denver and Boulder.



BEDROOMS

This home features 5 spacious bedrooms with a total of 7 beds and a sofa bed, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. Whether you’re a large family, group of friends, or traveling for work, there’s room for everyone to relax in style.



Bedroom 1 – Stretch out in the primary suite with a King bed and modern furnishings. The calming atmosphere makes this room a restful retreat after a long day, complete with easy access to the hot tub just outside.

Bedroom 2 – A cozy Queen bed and tasteful design make this room feel like a home away from home. Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for comfort.

Bedroom 3 – This inviting Queen bedroom blends warm tones with soft textures, offering a perfect space to unwind.

Bedroom 4 – Another Queen bedroom, thoughtfully decorated with room-darkening curtains and simple, elegant decor for a restful night’s sleep.

Bedroom 5 – Perfect for kids or group travelers, this room includes 2 Bunk Beds (4 Twin beds). Great for late-night talks, games, and fun memories.



BATHROOMS

Enjoy 3 full bathrooms throughout the home—bright, clean, and fully stocked with hotel-quality towels, toiletries, and essentials. Whether it’s a quick rinse or a long soak, your group will always have access to a fresh space.



KITCHEN & LOUNGE

The fully equipped kitchen is designed to serve big groups. It features modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware you’ll need to whip up anything from a quick breakfast to a celebratory dinner.



With two spacious living rooms, each equipped with a Smart TV, there’s no shortage of space to spread out. Whether it’s movie night, board games, or a quiet corner to read, the home offers comfort and flexibility.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.

•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.

•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.

•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.

•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.

•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.

•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.

•We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 pet fee. We do not allow cats.

House had zero cleaning supplies besides a broom, broken swiffer and a vacuumed that didn’t stay charged more than 10 minutes. This made it very hard to keep dishes or even floor cleaned after Thanksgiving dinner and we stayed an additional 2 nights. Also says double oven and it does not have a double oven. The microwave is the top “oven”
