Not worth it

Solo minority woman traveling alone. Expect gaslighting, unclean room at check in (i have video) and false narratives. Their guilt led them to do a partial credit. Doesnt matter won't go back or recommend. Oh and a mother and daughter couple who were supposed to check in Room 9 day before i left had someone occupying their room .couldn't get ahold of management and vrbo tried as well. They had to get a hotel at 1 o clock in the morning. Solidified my feelings that these folks are money hungry and dishonest. The #2500 on the gate NEEDS to be lit up i had several people ask me if this is the address, meaning its not easy to locate in inclement weather and in the dark. It is not handicap accessible either. No USB outlets on lamps or anywhere to plug up your phone (most people have at least the cord). No cups or utensils. Better off with hotel.

Let them know arrival time in advance which was also after posted check in time. Upon arrival was told it would be about five minutes as they had a big group that morning and needed to finish cleaning the room. No problem, things happen. Had to wait for half an hour as the room had not even started to be cleaned before arrival. The room was clean and neat however there were a few issues. The tv the volume would turn up on its own to full volume. The batteries did not work in the remote for the tv or the air conditioner. Over a period of 15 hours the ac only cooled the room down 5 degrees (from 76-71). The bathroom had a large cutout for an attic or something that was haphazardly covered with a piece of drywall. Overall would not stay here again.

Nice place, but air conditioner didn't work properly

Cool property and comfortable unit. Lobby area was very nice. Location was great. There is a lot to do in the Rino area. Biggest problem was with the air conditioner. It would not get below 76 degrees. Tried several ways to get it lower, but would not work. Not sure if this was done on purpose to save energy? I don't care during the day, but don't enjoy the discomfort at night and didn't sleep well. TV was also confusing. Had an xfinity remote, but didn't work. For regular tv only could get Samsung tv. Also tv was very far from bed and not that big to compensate.

Perfect home base

This property was wonderful for the 3 days we were in town exploring Denver. I realized I had deleted the email with the check-in instructions and gate codes, but the owners were incredibly prompt in their response. They also sent a message to make sure things were to our liking after our first night! There was a binder with helpful information for the local area. The property was clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was not being able to use the fireplace because it was so warm. We would definitely stay here again!

Quick Stay

I enjoyed the property, was decorated nice and simple. Parking could get tough but we managed to find a spot every day. Neighborhood was quiet but close enough to where our concert was. Coffee and snacks came in handy, as did the ice machine. The TV situation was a little confusing and stopped working here and there. We just used our phones so it didn’t disrupt our lives at all. Would definitely stay here again.

2 Nights in Denver

We stopped in Denver for 2 nights in the middle of a 2 week roadtrip. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. We easily found parking across the street. The location has great access to Larimer St which has a lot of restaurants, bars, and tap rooms. The area is extremely walkable. We definitely took advantage of the complementary drinks in the common areas which was a nice touch.

Perfect place for a business stay!

Truly charming place ~ up-to-date room with a working fireplace (!), super-responsive management, excellent location for access to downtown businesses and all freeways. Def my new home-away-from-home!

Great location

Great place in a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed coffee in a local coffee shop every morning. It’s right around the corner. Host responds quickly and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy place, awesome location.

My wife and I stayed for a weekend after finishing a week of work that brought us to Denver. The place is nice, but the location is awesome - plenty of restaurants, nightlife, etc. in RiNo and around 5 Points, all within walking distance. My one complaint is that after asking for an early check-in, I was told on the phone that I would be contacted as soon as I could enter my room, but I never received a phone call back. Not the end of the world, but no one likes to be left hanging. Overall though it's a nice place, a great spot, and a solid choice for a quick getaway or staycation.

Clean and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Curtis Park Club. The room was very comfortable and clean. The air circulation unit does run 24/7, but after about 15 minutes it just became background white noise. We loved having a private entrance and being so close to both RiNo and Tennyson Street. Perfect staycation spot!

Hello. I liked everything about the unit. I got a great nights sleep in the bed - Which was very comfortable. I loved how clean this unit was. And how beautiful it was. My only negative might be that I would’ve liked a phone number for my contact, and I felt that the fan or intake vent in the unit, which I could not turn off or I guess I did not know how to turn it off, was on all evening and a bit loud for me. But, having said that, I would still stay here again because of all the positives

Perfect BnB

This BnB was perfect in every way. From the convenient location a couple blocks to Larimer St. with unlimited food and drink options. The clean and cute property with many amenities. We enjoyed the snacks, beverages, and bikes that were provided. If we had any question of concern they responded prompt. When we return to Denver we will definitely stay here again.
