“This house was perfect for us! We attended 2 nights at the Cervantes Ballroom and were able to walk to and from venue which was a bonus. Felt safe in the neighborhood, there was plenty of free street parking in front of home. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.”

It's so bad. 3. There is a service charge and host charge. I have no idea what's that.”

“The hot tub wasnt in service, the breakfast made it seem it was made to order up to 2 guests but it was already pre made burritos or sandwich but you could do a made to order option for extra which was not specific in the description. You can only get room service for cleaning if you stay more than 7 nights and it costs extra if you stay less than 7 nights. It was very dusty in the room and the air kicking on and off was very loud. Our room got cleaned 2 hours before check out and we didnt even...

“This was a perfect alternative to a hotel in the RiNo neighborhood. The room was very clean with a B&B vibe. The house was on a quiet residential street with mostly new townhome buildings. Coffee shops and excellent restaurants are an easy 2-3 block walk away.”
