Grande albergo di catena nuovo e di bel design. Colazione molto buona e incredibilmente varia, non avevo mai visto offrire zucchero filato e lecca-lecca. Personale gentilissimo e professionale, ristorante in zona piscina di qualità con prezzi adeguati. L’hotel è adiacente ad un centro commerciale comodo per fare shopping, distrarsi o mangiare a prezzi molto contenuti.

The hotel was safe and clean and it was convenient having a mall attached. The pool and restaurants were good. We were there for a short stay to see Prambanan Temple and this was a good base.

Excellent hotel
Almost everything is perfect. Room is huge and clean. Food is excellent. Service from the staff is good. The only thing is the check in takes a while but we were seated comfortably.

A pleasant experience for me and my family. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the facilities are also okay and the price is quite affordable for a 5 star hotel.

Clean and big room. Staff were all very polite, friendly and helpful. Hotel is linked directly to the hotel at level 1 so it is convenient. Had a wonderful stay throughout.

Perfect Stay in Jogya!
Been there for 4 days and booked 4 rooms for fam member. Overall it was an excellent stay and everyone was very happy! No doubt the hotel was super and the strategic location, next to a big mall, was a plus point as well. On top of that, the services was also super! Responsive to customer's request, e.g. sending early morning breakfast @ 4 am to the room for sahur and early check out. Keep the excellent services! Improve (shorten) the lead time of in room dining.

great hotel
2nd time stay. Hotel is great. My nieces enjoy the breakfast and had a great stay. I chose the hotel because of it's location which is beside the mall. However, most of the shops in the mall are closed, so was a bit disappointed that I couldn't shop like what I had planned. Will definitely come back to stay here.
