“Grande albergo di catena nuovo e di bel design. Colazione molto buona e incredibilmente varia, non avevo mai visto offrire zucchero filato e lecca-lecca. Personale gentilissimo e professionale, ristorante in zona piscina di qualità con prezzi adeguati. L’hotel è adiacente ad un centro commerciale comodo per fare shopping, distrarsi o mangiare a prezzi molto contenuti. ”

“Worthy with the price”

“このホテルは入口から掃除、受付、全てのスタッフが笑顔でとても気持ちが良い。部屋はもちろん隅々まで綺麗で快適でロビーから部屋まで嫌な匂いが少しもない。また朝食がとても素晴らしく強くおすすめします。私はジョグジャカルタのホテルにいままでも他にいくつか泊まりましたがここは家族でもカップルでも出張でも、ベストなホテルです。 部屋からの景色も綺麗です。 また、向かいに接続するショッピングモールで両替からレストランまで利用できロケーションも便利です！”

“Messy and dirty”

“Rooms were lack of maintenance and well below from hygiene standards. Moldy bathrooms and bad permanent bad smell tried to masked with sprays... ”

“The basement parking entrance & space are p0very tight. I suggest to have a better design for the transport parking facility.”

“After an easy check in we got to our spacious room. The beds are quite firm and not so comfortable but it was nice to have a fridge. Breakfast was fantastic with so many options- cereal, bread, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, rice, noodles, chicken… The pool was also really nice (and huge!) and on weekends they have kid activities. My daughter loved the activities and the staff made them very fun. ”

“Convenient ”

“The hotel needs to update its facilities because it is already too old. It does not live up to it’s 4-star hotel status. We booked it hoping that we will have a wonderful experience in a 4-star hotel, but we were very disappointed with the quality of room we had. They need to upgrade the hotel and compete with other 4-star hotels in the city.”
