“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!! Highly recommend this property, central, close to lovely cafes, shopping, bars, restaurants, yet peaceful and private enough to relax in the pool or with a book. The staff were FANTASTIC, they helped arrange transport to the door and for day trips, cleaned daily and answered questions. Value for money! "Very bad experience. We got a "superior" room at the end of the structure at the border of a club. The first day loudly disco (even with closed windows) until 11PM .... the second day they started with loudly entertainment and music at 7:00AM !!!! When we complained we were told that no other rooms were available. We called Expedia and....guess what?.... they offered us a change room (but for 1 night only). After a second complain they moved us to another room for our last night.
Terrible experience, terrible support by the local personnel. Ask for rooms in the middle of the structure if you want to go in this hotel. "
