“Room floors were sticky and with black soot. The shower was very tiny and no handicap bars or handles. I had to carry my luggage from the 3rd floor because the elevator was broken; there was no staff to assist.”

“The food was terrible and pricey. I had ordered a Puerto Rican bread Egg and ham sandwich and received something that was not Puerto Rican bread and it was burnt!! I ordered chicken wings from the menu. They were dry and cold!!! ”
