“Room was clean enough, but had no USB charging ports, so bring your plug in box not just USB charge cord. Room had AC but the hallways, elevator, breakfast area, and lobby were hot as hell. This is Phoenix in the summer.... I asked about it and was told its fine by desk clerk while she had a big fan pointing right at her. I would not stay here again. ”

“This place was dirty. Had people doing drugs outside. Hall carpet dirty and it smelled bad. Lots of questionable people around. Not a place for families or women to stay at.”

“Didnt feel safe at night as there was lots of people hanging around. Looks like people are living in rooms.”

“gross and old… rundown, toilet wasn’t properly secured to the floor, shower enclosure had broken pieces, no bath, smelled, just antiquated and nasty. It should be a motel instead. Other Hampton Inns in the same city aren’t nearly as gross. ”

“The room was way smaller than it looked it the photos. The floor was so dirty that we could not walk around with socks on or barefoot without our feet getting dirty. I had to mop immediately , I was so disgusted. The bedding wasn’t clean either. The staff was friendly. My room said it would have an iron and ironing board , it didn’t but the staff provided us with one upon request. They also provided us with towels upon request. They do not change the sheets unless you ask. I booked at this motel...

“The lady was very rude my family had no where to stay so I paid for them to stay there and after a few days they said they weren’t allowed to stay there due to only affording a one bed but the excuse was max people but the other two were kids it was only two adults two kids if not evicted but they were written on the list and then treated my grandma ride rooms were nasty roaches I get it the place is cheap but you could atleast clean up my family said there were drugs and prostitution at night….”

“This place was awful. And yes, I brought these problems to the attention of the front desk.. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. FLOORS STAYED FILTHY NO BEDFING CHANGED, NO CLEAN TOWELS UNLESS I ASKED FOR THEM. First day I was just walking around the rooms putting my belongings away, sat for a moment looked at rhe bottom of my white socks THEY WERE BLACK. took my socks off n WALKED AROUND IN MY BARE FEET n my bare feet were black as the ace of spades. . 2nd they had sewer flies all over...
