This clean and bright 3 bed, 2 bath home is perfect for comfort and relaxation. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans, cookie sheets, blender, coffee maker, and more. In the living room, you will find a large sectional and chairs, 55" smart TV, travel books, and games. Two of the bedrooms feature queen beds (bunk beds in one of these rooms), luggage rack and closet space for your belongings. The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with shower, king bed, tv, luggage rack, closet space, and dresser.

The home comfortably sleeps 8 (1 king, 2 queen, 1 bunk bed/2 twin mattresses, and one queen air mattress).

There is a workspace (desk and chair) for those who need to catch up on business. We also have a record player, board games, and workout equipment for some fun extra amenities.

Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided as well as hair dryers for your use.

The outdoor space, enclosed by a fence, features a private pool (can be heated see below), BBQ grill, outdoor dining, and 4 pool loungers. In the garage, you'll find the washer & dryer as well as a wall of floats with many choices to choose from.

*** PET FEE / POLICY ***
Pet Fee - Each pet is $100 for entire stay.
Max - 2 dogs.
No other form of pet is allowed.
Pet(s) CANNOT be left unattended.
Pet(s) are NOT ALLOWED on the furniture.
Pet(s)are NOT ALLOWED in the pool.
Pet fur/waste should be cleaned up.
Any violation of above rules could incur FEES up to $1000 or more as we may have to pay for extra cleaning or replacement of items.

*** EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT ***
Early check-in or late check-out is based on request and availability for an extra $25/ per hour and is subject to our approval.

*** POOL HEATER ***
Pool heat is NOT INCLUDED.
Pool Heat additional charge - $100 /day.
Min.2 days for pool heating.
Pool heat payment can be made through the app. Please give us a minimum of 24 hrs notice for pool heat. We will turn on the heater remotely to a comfortable 85 degrees.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk... but have a blast!

*** POOL CLEANING***
We have regular pool maintenance twice a week. This may coincide during your stay and is necessary to keep the pool clean and safe for use.

The desert is subject to high winds causing leaves and flowers in pool water and any presence of leaves/flowers is common even with the cleaning.

*** NO GLASS IN POOL ***
We want you to enjoy a drink by the pool, but please use the acrylic glassware when outside. We don't allow glass in the pool and will charge a $300 fine for any glass found around the pool area.

*** BBQ GRILL ***
Propane tanks for BBQ grill are filled and ready for use.

*** PARKING ***
There are 4 parking spots including the driveway. NO garage parking is available.

*** NO PARTIES ALLOWED ***
Noise level monitors as required by the city of Desert Hot Springs are installed and monitored. No amplified music is allowed. While the home is designed to be very private, we are still in a residential area. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am, in accordance with City of DHS ordinances.

*** NO SMOKING ***
We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the house. You may smoke outside. Any violation will incur a $300 additional fee.

*** SECURITY CAMERA ***
We also have security cameras on the outside of the home to monitor deliveries, maintenance and trespassing. No cameras are inside the house or facing the pool. We respect your privacy!

*** POTENTIAL FOR NOISE ***
The home is in a residential area and noise due to playing children and / or barking dogs are common.

*** PEST CONTROL ***
We have regular pest control treatments (safe for human and pets) performed; however, there might still be sightings of bugs which is normal in the desert area.

*** HOUSEKEEPING ***
Our cleaning team provides the best care in disinfecting the home between every stay and making sure it is ready for use when you arrive. Additionally, disinfecting cleaner will be left for your use if needed.

We don't have mailbox and / or luggage accommodation at our place.
Once the guests check out, we are not responsible for any items(s) left behind.
